S/O and I are avid hockey fans, and the vast majority of boys names we like are heavily influenced by hockey players (S/O suggests names from team rosters, and I’m pretty indifferent to a lot of boys names, but there’s some that are simply outstanding).
One of our favourite players is #24 for the Toronto [name_f]Maple[/name_f] Leafs - Kasperi Kapanen. While neither of us are keen on [name_m]Casper[/name_m], we’re loving Kasperi. From what I can find, Kasperi is the Finnish form of the name (which makes sense, as Kapanen is from Finland).
What are your thoughts on the name Kasperi? Is it too out there?
