I think it’s great! I like both names but I do think the flow is a tiny bit off however really how many times are you going to say his first and middle name together without the last?

I absolutely adore [name]Oscar[/name] and [name]Frederick[/name], both names are absolutely stunning. I probably would have made it [name]Oscar[/name] [name]Fredrik[/name] or [name]Oscar[/name] [name]Frederik[/name] myself, I think [name]Oscar[/name] [name]Frederick[/name] is a wonderful combination.
