This is probably my husband’s favourite name so far. Wanted to know others’ thoughts on it. Surname [name_m]Baker[/name_m] :).
I think [name_f]Rebekah[/name_f] [name_f]Elise[/name_f] [name_m]Baker[/name_m] flows well. I love [name_f]Elise[/name_f].
Great flow, love [name_f]Rebekah[/name_f] [name_m]Baker[/name_m] together.
Sounds amazing! I prefer the traditional spelling [name_f]Rebecca[/name_f] though. I never loved the name but I’m starting to see it as a lovely name. [name_f]Rebekah[/name_f] [name_f]Elise[/name_f] [name_m]Baker[/name_m] flows amazingly together.
Thanks guys! I’m kind of torn with the spelling. [name_f]Rebekah[/name_f] is biblical, but [name_f]Rebecca[/name_f] is one of my favourite books :). Also not sure if it is special enough. It’s pretty uncommon these days, but in my generation it was quite popular…
I personally prefer the [name_f]Rebecca[/name_f] spelling.
[name_f]Rebekah[/name_f] [name_f]Elise[/name_f] [name_m]Baker[/name_m] sounds great! I like the spelling [name_f]Rebekah[/name_f], and I don’t think it’s too popular, I know one young [name_f]Rebecca[/name_f] and one [name_f]Becca[/name_f].
For what it’s worth, I’m on team [name_f]Rebecca[/name_f]! It’s my sister’s name, and I’ve never been fond of the [name_f]Rebekah[/name_f] spelling. I know it’s not trendy or made-up, but it’s always felt that way to me, for some reason. I just love the softer feel of [name_f]Rebecca[/name_f].
[name_f]Rebecca[/name_f] [name_f]Elise[/name_f] is very sweet ([name_f]Rebekah[/name_f] [name_f]Elise[/name_f] feels spunkier). I would love to meet a little [name_f]Rebecca[/name_f]/[name_f]Becca[/name_f] these days. It’s much less trendy now; it feels more classic.
I love this name! Big thumbs up from me.
I appear to be in the minority here so far, but I love the spelling [name_f]Rebekah[/name_f], and the nickname Bekah!
[name_f]Rebekah[/name_f] [name_f]Elise[/name_f] is fine though I would rather spell it [name_f]Rebecca[/name_f] [name_f]Elise[/name_f].
Thank you! I’m really on the fence about the spelling. Least not because I have a very good friend who spells it [name_f]Rebecca[/name_f], and a girl I’m not too keen on who spells it [name_f]Rebekah[/name_f]! Ha. [name_m]Ah[/name_m] well, at least it seems to be quite well received either way! I think it sounds good :).
I love [name_f]Rebekah[/name_f] [name_f]Elise[/name_f] (I’m not too sure about it with [name_m]Baker[/name_m] but thats just because of my accent both names end in Kah I assume it would be nicer in an American accent). I do prefer the [name_f]Rebecca[/name_f] spelling but both are valid and technically [name_f]Rebekah[/name_f] is the original. Either way its a beautiful classic name.
I’m English, but the two sounds are definitely different! I think they sound ok. [name_f]Glad[/name_f] everyone seems to think that [name_f]Rebecca[/name_f] isn’t too plain xx
Btw I love almost all of your favourite names :).
I love the spelling [name_f]Rebekah[/name_f]! I always prefer the letter K over C.
The name looks different and I like that. I wouldn’t say [name_f]Rebecca[/name_f] is plain, it’s just how mostly everyone spells it and that often doesn’t sit well with me.
I really like both [name_f]Rebekah[/name_f] and [name_f]Elise[/name_f] a lot =] and [name_f]Rebekah[/name_f] [name_f]Elise[/name_f] [name_m]Baker[/name_m] sounds perfect, spelling and all!
I love [name_f]Rebekah[/name_f] [name_f]Elise[/name_f]. The spelling is perfect and it flows really well
