So, as most of you know by now, [name_f]Rose[/name_f] is my forever love. She truly is perfect in every way – however: [name_f]Rosalind[/name_f] has really been growing on me recently! I can really see the appeal of having a longer, elegant and formal version of the name! She would probably mostly be [name_f]Rose[/name_f], but I do love the sound of [name_f]Rosalind[/name_f] every once in awhile!
So, what do you think? How do you feel about [name_f]Rose[/name_f] and all of her variations?
I adore the name [name_f]Rosalind[/name_f]. It’s elegant and grand but also entirely wearable on account of its nicknames, my favourite of which is the classic [name_f]Rose[/name_f].
I’m a fan of a few of the [name_f]Rose[/name_f] names, especially [name_f]Rosalind[/name_f], [name_f]Primrose[/name_f], [name_f]Rosamund[/name_f], and also the lovely [name_f]Rose[/name_f].
I adore [name_f]Rosalind[/name_f]! I think it sounds so pretty, sweet and cheerful. And I love all the nicknames, from [name_f]Rose[/name_f] to [name_f]Rosie[/name_f] to [name_f]Lindie[/name_f] to [name_u]Indie[/name_u].
I’ve really fallen in love with [name_f]Rosalind[/name_f] in the past couple of years.
She could definitely still go by [name_f]Rose[/name_f] as a nn if you like.
I love so many [name_f]Rose[/name_f] variations, and [name_f]Rosalind[/name_f] is a new love of mine! I loooove the idea of [name_f]Rosalind[/name_f] nn [name_u]Indy[/name_u], but of course [name_f]Rose[/name_f] works perfectly as a nn too
I also love [name_f]Rosalind[/name_f]! I recently put in my top favorite names because remembered how pretty it is and how much I love it. It’s a great choice with a great meaning!
Well… I don’t love [name_f]Rose[/name_f] but I like [name_f]Rosalind[/name_f] even less. It reminds me of attempting to learn the violin as a child and there was this very beginner song that was just “rosin, bow” over and over again. Obviously just my personal preference.
I do like [name_f]Rosie[/name_f] and [name_f]Rosemary[/name_f] a bit.
I’m falling harder for [name_f]Rosalind[/name_f] every day. Trying to narrow down a list of potential girls names even though we don’t know the gender yet. I’ve toyed with [name_f]Rose[/name_f], [name_f]Rosalie[/name_f], [name_f]Rosalyn[/name_f], [name_f]Rosalynn[/name_f], [name_f]Rosaline[/name_f], and [name_f]Rosamund[/name_f], but I think [name_f]Rosalind[/name_f] is my favorite. By a lot. I think its sounds regal, classic, elegant, and feminine, yet it could also feel a little spunky and feisty. Versatile nicknames– I think we’d call her [name_f]Rosie[/name_f] quite a bit when she was young, or maybe [name_f]Rose[/name_f]. [name_f]Roz[/name_f], even? I’d never even thought of [name_u]Indy[/name_u] as a nn for it and that’s probably not my style, but I see a lot of people have suggested that here. Both the full name [name_f]Rosalind[/name_f] and the potential nicknames for it would age well. There are some names I can picture adoring on a toddler but rolling my eyes at if I heard it on an adult. I think [name_f]Rosalind[/name_f] would stand the test of time.
I love [name_f]Rosalind[/name_f] so much! And I’m not a huge fan of [name_f]Rose[/name_f]. They make different sounds though [name_f]Roz[/name_f]-uh-lind and then just [name_f]Rose[/name_f]. I like the “z” sound in [name_f]Rosalind[/name_f]. I think they are different vibes but you could probably call her [name_f]Rose[/name_f] if you want. [name_f]Rosalind[/name_f] is gorgeous!
I love [name_f]Rosalind[/name_f] (roz-uh-lind)!
I tend to prefer her as a middle name on my own list as most of my first name loves are relatively short and [name_f]Rose[/name_f] simply feels more fitting, however, if I’d end up using longer firsts, [name_f]Rosalind[/name_f] nn [name_f]Rose[/name_f] would absolutely make the list.
There aren’t any other [name_f]Ros[/name_f]- names I love part from [name_f]Rose[/name_f] and [name_f]Rosalind[/name_f], however, [name_f]Rosamund[/name_f] & [name_f]Rosa[/name_f] are lovely and I used to really like [name_f]Rosalie[/name_f] but find her a little too sweet nowadays.
Rosalind is a gorgeous name really pretty vintage name with an old school Hollywood glamour vibe. [name_f]Rosalind[/name_f] is beautiful and I like the nicknames [name_f]Rose[/name_f], [name_f]Rosie[/name_f] & [name_f]Rosa[/name_f].
I’m a massive fan of [name_f]Rose[/name_f] she’s just stunning and I love her variants my personal favourites being [name_f]Rosemary[/name_f] & [name_f]Primrose[/name_f] I love those variants. Honestly though you genuinely cannot go wrong with [name_f]Rose[/name_f] or her numerous variants.
Love [name_f]Rose[/name_f] and all the variants! [name_f]Rosalind[/name_f] does have more nickname possibilities than [name_f]Rose[/name_f] like [name_f]Linda[/name_f] and [name_f]Sally[/name_f], and is longer and more formal. [name_f]My[/name_f] favorite [name_f]Rose[/name_f] variations other than [name_f]Rose[/name_f] and [name_f]Rosalind[/name_f] are [name_f]Rosemary[/name_f], [name_f]Primrose[/name_f], [name_f]Rosette[/name_f] and [name_f]Rosalie[/name_f].
