[name_f]Do[/name_f] you think it sounds too “extra” and would the name age well? Would it be pretentious to call her by her first name and middle name all the time? Thanks ”
[name_f]Cordelia[/name_f] [name_f]Violet[/name_f] is stunning!! I adore it! I’m less keen on the nn [name_m]Codi[/name_m], but I still adore the combination.
I don’t think it would be pretentious at all, plenty of people do use first & middle combinations all the time. My mum used to use mine ([name_u]Haley[/name_u] [name_f]Alannah[/name_f]) all the time.

It’s one of my favorites! I call my girl by her full name all the time, no problem with that at all. I don’t like [name_m]Codi[/name_m] though, I prefer [name_f]Cora[/name_f], [name_f]Delia[/name_f] or [name_f]Della[/name_f].

I think that is a STUNNING combo. I love frilly [name_f]Cordelia[/name_f] with the spunky nickname [name_m]Codi[/name_m] (or [name_u]Cory[/name_u]!) and I think [name_f]Violet[/name_f] is great in the middle.
[name_f]Do[/name_f] I think it’s pretentious to use [name_m]Codi[/name_m] [name_f]Violet[/name_f]? No. Is it a little extra? Yes, but you do you. It’s a sweet name and I imagine that if she wanted to be “just [name_m]Codi[/name_m]/[name_f]Cordelia[/name_f]/[name_f]Violet[/name_f]” then at some point you would have to honor that anyway so use what you like. You could call her [name_f]Sunshine[/name_f] and I don’t think a lot of people would bat an eyelash.
[name_f]Cordelia[/name_f] Violey is gorgeous! I’m pretty indifferent to the nickname but it’s definitely cute!
