I don’t immediately warm to it, it sounds like a body part (“have you had your [name_f]Evadne[/name_f] checked?”) or “a bad knee”. But I can just about see it as the name of someone successful in the interior design world. Someone who likes Scandi [name_m]Brit[/name_m] colours and textures and is very methodical; academics as parents. I prefer [name_f]Daphne[/name_f], [name_f]Phoebe[/name_f], [name_f]Phryne[/name_f], and [name_f]Ariadne[/name_f].

I’m a fan of [name_f]Evadne[/name_f]. It’s gone on and off and back on my personal top 50, which I update often for fun, many times.
She’s dark, mysterious, romantic, and serious but also intellectual, versatile, well read, and quietly witty. I’ve favored [name_f]Evanthe[/name_f] more often on my personal list but have fondness for either.
Good at any age. Has a cuteness because of -ee ending sound for a young child but is substantial enough to hold up well throughout adulthood. It can slide right in while standing out, I’ve always thought, because of [name_f]Eva[/name_f], [name_f]Phoebe[/name_f], and [name_f]Daphne[/name_f]. I’d LOVE to meet one or see one come to fruition here. Never have.
