[name]Jacinda[/name] is just lovely! I think it works quite well with your other, more popular girls’ names,… but maybe that’s because I know sisters named [name]Mia[/name] and [name]Jacinta[/name] They’re in their late 20s and both names were pretty uncommon then.
I remember [name]Jacinda[/name] [name]Barrett[/name] from one of the 90’s seasons of The Real World. I know that caused a couple of my friends to add [name]Jacinda[/name] to their “future babies” list
I’m curious to know if others think it too “out there” for siblings named [name]Juliette/name, [name]Bella[/name], [name]Mia[/name] and [name]Leo[/name].
Thouhts? Be honest…I’m not totally sold on it anyway
I don’t think it’s too off-kilter with your other kids names, especially because [name]Juliette[/name] really bridges the gap between [name]Jacinda[/name] and the shorter [name]Bella[/name] and [name]Mia[/name]
I personally would be more iffy because of the similarity between [name]Juliette[/name] and [name]Jacinda[/name] (3 syllables, both J) and the thrice repeating -a ending. However, these are VERY minor concerns, I do love the name and think it goes well with your family
[name]Love[/name] [name]Jacinda[/name], so different. Different is very refreshing. It is also beautiful. It’s kind of hard to think of an unusual name that’s also beautiful.
Sounds great with your other kids’ names, too. [name]Love[/name] nn [name]Indie[/name]. Very cute.
Okay, people, I can’t get this name out of my head. I just loooove the nickname [name]Indie[/name]. I adore the name [name]India[/name] but I’ve heard that it doesn’t sound great with our existing sibset ([name]Juliette[/name], [name]Bella[/name], [name]Mia[/name] and [name]Leo[/name]).
Honestly, please, how do you like [name]Jacinda[/name] (called [name]Indie[/name]) with the other kid’s names? It won’t hurt my feelings if you dislike it…I just want to pursue it or absolutely nix it.
Out other top choices are [name]Norah[/name], [name]Isla[/name] and [name]Brigid[/name] (called [name]Bridie[/name])
You know there are other names you can use the nickname [name]Indie[/name] for if you are worried about [name]Jacinda[/name] with your other kids’ names. And, if I am being totally honest here, you have a right to be worried about [name]Jacinda[/name] with the other names you have chosen - it is decidedly more unusual, and thus a tad out of place, with [name]Juliette[/name], [name]Bella[/name], [name]Mia[/name], and [name]Leo[/name]. Here are some I thought of:

Thanks for your honesty, [name]Lemon[/name]! That is what I’m looking for!
I know you have mentioned before that it stands out against the other kiddos. I do, however, like [name]Lucinda[/name] and had never considered that name before. Tell me, what kind of girl/woman do you think of when you hear that name? I’ve only heard it used on singer/songwriter [name]Lucinda[/name] [name]Williams[/name] before.
To me, [name]Lucinda[/name] is a charming, witty, intelligent woman. She has a quiet confidence about her - not too boisterous, but certainly not a wallflower, either. She’s a pretty girl with striking features, sure to be noticed in the crowd. I’d imagine her to be rather whimsical, feminine, and sassy, but at the same time organized, determined, and strong. Her personality could go either way, as could her nickname. The charming, sweet [name]Lucy[/name] is befitting of the more reserved side of [name]Lucinda[/name], but the spunkier, fresher [name]Indie[/name] is more of the exhibitionist inside [name]Lucinda[/name] - the fun, perky girl looking for a laugh and a good time!
I love the name because it maintains much of the vintage, wholesome strength of [name]Juliette[/name] and [name]Leo[/name], yet it also plays up the sassy, fun feel of both [name]Bella[/name] and [name]Mia[/name].
You’re welcome, [name]Tara[/name]! I’m not a writer, actually. I’ve tried, but it seems that I fizzle out on an idea very early into the project - not so good…
[name]Jacinda[/name] is similar to the dated names [name]Linda[/name] and [name]Cindy[/name], but I like it. However, with your kids’ names, it sounds a bit too exotic. What about [name]Jacinda[/name] as a middle name?
