it’s one of my favourite names of all time! however, every maisie i know pronounces it like may-zee, so for the may-see pronunciation i’d probably go for macy or macie!
it’s traditionally a nickname for margaret, so any marg- name could work. also other may- names like mabel or may! melisande, marsaili, mimosa, some more out there ones as well.
