Thoughts on the names July and November?

Is it weird to use [name_u]July[/name_u] and [name_u]November[/name_u] as names? And do they sound gender neutral?

Neither are really my style, but of the two, [name_u]November[/name_u] would be more of a GP choice.
[name_u]November[/name_u] could be either, but if used as a first name the nicknames would seem feminine. (Think [name_f]Nova[/name_f], [name_u]Ember[/name_u])

I don’t know if someone would actually enjoy wearing them as names but I think they could definitely work as middles. Both [name_u]July[/name_u] and [name_u]November[/name_u] read more feminine to me.

I knew a girl called [name_u]November[/name_u] who went by [name_f]Nova[/name_f] and [name_u]Ember[/name_u]. The nickname choices make it usable, although it’d probably get weird looks. [name_u]July[/name_u] is more usable, but I like how quirky [name_u]November[/name_u] is. I consider them both more feminine than masculine.

Honestly, I do not see them as names. I know I would have not cared for them. It’s one thing to not care for a name but it being a “normal” (for lack of better wording) than not care for a name and it also being out-of-the-norm, hard to wear, and/or very adventurous.
