Thoughts on these boys names...

Last name sounds like Crisco.

[name]Harrison[/name]
[name]Reid[/name]
[name]Theodore[/name]
[name]Pierce[/name] or [name]Piers[/name]
[name]Dillan[/name]
[name]Ethan[/name]

More suggestions welcome. DH and I both like [name]Harrison[/name], [name]Reid[/name], and [name]Theodore[/name] a lot. Go back and for a bit on [name]Pierce[/name]/[name]Piers[/name], and he’s all about [name]Dillan[/name] and [name]Ethan[/name] whereas I don’t care for them.

[name]Harrison[/name]- I’m not a fan of. Feels like a last name to me. And these ubber popular ‘son’ names don’t make sense to me unless he’d actually be the 'son of… (in this case, [name]Harry[/name]).

[name]Reid[/name]- I think this would make a solid MN, but not such a fan for a FN. Personally I’d only use this name if the kid was a red-head. I prefer the spelling [name]Reed[/name].

[name]Theodore[/name]- A very awesome name. Great meaning. Classic. Lots of history. But not overly common these days. Great name.

[name]Pierce[/name]/[name]Piers[/name]- I’m not such a fan personally, but it’s not a bad name, just NMS. It feels a little pointed.

[name]Dillan[/name]- I’d spell it [name]Dillon[/name]. I like this name quite a bit, for me it’s just too high up the popularity charts (spelled as [name]Dylan[/name]) (#33), but I’m picky that way.

[name]Ethan[/name]- Also a name that I quite like, but it’s just way too overused for my taste (#7 most popular in 2011, and from 2004-2010 was always in the top 5 most commonly used).

From your list, I’d definitely go with [name]Theodore[/name]

I like your 3 favorites the best of the bunch. I’d go with either [name]Harrison[/name] or [name]Theodore[/name] myself.

I also forgot about [name]Anders[/name].

[name]Harrison[/name]- I actually like this name a lot, it is a strong, masculine name that is easy to say and spell.
[name]Reid[/name]-I like this name too.
[name]Theodore[/name]- I know this name is getting quite popular lately, but I always think of [name]Theodore[/name] the chipmunk from [name]Alvin[/name] and the Chipmunks, can’t help it.
[name]Pierce[/name] or [name]Piers[/name]- They are nice, but not my favorite,
[name]Dillan[/name]- This is a nice name.
[name]Ethan[/name]-I very much like the name [name]Ethan[/name], but happen to know quite a few [name]Ethan[/name]'s.

OOh, just realized you posted the name [name]Ander[/name]'s as well. I think [name]Anders[/name] is an awesome name. Absolutely love it! I would probably go with [name]Harrison[/name], [name]Reid[/name], or [name]Anders[/name] if I were you.

[name]Theodore[/name] doesn’t sound good if your name rhymes with Crisco. Neither does [name]Pierce[/name]. You really need a FN ending in a hard consanant to sound good with a surname ending in a vowel, so your best choices or [name]Harrison[/name] and [name]Ethan[/name]. Otherwise, find more names ending in “N”.
