I have put together three girls names, and I would love to hear your opinions! What are your thoughts on the names individually, in combos, and as sibling names?
[name_f]Elena[/name_f] [name_f]Katherine[/name_f] - I am aware of the vampire diaries connection, but I don’t think it’s a problem
[name_f]Isabel[/name_f] [name_f]Evangeline[/name_f]
[name_f]Lucia[/name_f] [name_f]Vivienne[/name_f]
[name_f]Genevieve[/name_f] is another middle option if you would like to change one of the combos.
I really like [name_f]Lucia[/name_f] [name_f]Vivienne[/name_f]. The other names are alright, nothing wrong with it, but just not my cup of tea.
[name_f]Elena[/name_f], [name_f]Isabel[/name_f] and [name_f]Lucia[/name_f] work great as a set though.

They’re all really good combos…I’d pick any of them, but [name_f]Lucia[/name_f] [name_f]Vivienne[/name_f] is beautiful!

I don’t know a thing about the Vampire Diaries, but [name_f]Elena[/name_f] is a lovely name with a lot of history - I imagine it will outlast the TV show. [name_f]Katherine[/name_f] works really well with it. If you wanted a shorter combo, [name_f]Elena[/name_f] [name_f]Kate[/name_f] or [name_f]Elena[/name_f] [name_u]Kaye[/name_u] would work, too.
[name_f]Isabel[/name_f] [name_f]Evangeline[/name_f]: to me this is a bit of a mouthful - seven syllables with no surname attached yet, which I guess is pretty minor since most middle names don’t see a lot of day-to-day use. [name_f]Isabel[/name_f] is gorgeous, and I like [name_f]Evangeline[/name_f] fine. I might prefer [name_f]Isabel[/name_f] [name_f]Eve[/name_f], [name_f]Isabel[/name_f] [name_f]Eva[/name_f], [name_f]Isabel[/name_f] [name_f]Genevieve[/name_f], or [name_f]Isla[/name_f] [name_f]Evangeline[/name_f], but if you adore [name_f]Evangeline[/name_f], I think it’s OK here.
[name_f]Lucia[/name_f] [name_f]Vivienne[/name_f]: really lovely. They balance each other out really well - they both have a liveliness but also a smoothness, if that makes sense. [name_f]Lucia[/name_f] [name_f]Genevieve[/name_f] would be really nice as well, I think.
I think any or all of them would work very well as sibling names. None of them sounds too similar to any of the others, and they all feel distinctly feminine but not too frilly to me, and pretty versatile in terms of the kinds and different ages of people I can picture wearing them.

I also spotted the TVD connection with [name_f]Elena[/name_f] [name_f]Katherine[/name_f] because I’m a massive buff of theirs but, even saying this, I don’t see it as a problem either. [name_f]Isabel[/name_f] [name_f]Evangeline[/name_f] is dainty and darling, and [name_f]Lucia[/name_f] [name_f]Vivienne[/name_f] is just that, too. They’re all really sturdy and beautiful. If I had to pick a favourite, it might be the combo [name_f]Isabel[/name_f] [name_f]Evangeline[/name_f] although I love [name_f]Elena[/name_f] and [name_f]Lucia[/name_f] separately.
The combos are very pretty! [name_f]Elena[/name_f] and [name_f]Isabel[/name_f] are more on the popular side for me, but what you’ve come up with are great! Like the people above, my favorite is [name_f]Lucia[/name_f] [name_f]Vivienne[/name_f]! [name_f]Genevieve[/name_f] is gorgeous, so if you wanted to use it, you could swap it with [name_f]Katherine[/name_f] or [name_f]Vivienne[/name_f].

[name_f]Elena[/name_f] [name_f]Katherine[/name_f] - I love the name [name_f]Elena[/name_f], but I dislike [name_f]Katherine[/name_f] with a -K. I would use [name_f]Catherine[/name_f] instead.
[name_f]Isabel[/name_f] [name_f]Evangeline[/name_f] - Usually don’t like [name_f]Isabel[/name_f], but I like this pairing.
[name_f]Lucia[/name_f] [name_f]Vivienne[/name_f] - I’m switching [name_f]Vivienne[/name_f] to [name_f]Genevieve[/name_f]. I hate the name [name_f]Vivienne[/name_f]. I find it so overused.
I think these would work together in a sibset

I love [name_f]Elena[/name_f] but [name_f]Katherine[/name_f] in the middle spot always feels a little “expected” to me, although it’s a fine name in itself, and [name_f]Isabel[/name_f] [name_f]Evangeline[/name_f] is very pretty but a bit of a mouthful, I’d prefer [name_f]Isabel[/name_f] [name_f]Eva[/name_f].

@melusina - I agree that [name_f]Katherine[/name_f] is an “expected” middle name, I would love to find some alternatives. I like [name_f]Isabel[/name_f] [name_f]Eva[/name_f] as well.
