Thoughts on these names

I need opinions on these names: [name_m]Joseph[/name_m], [name_m]Julian[/name_m], [name_m]Augustin[/name_m], [name_m]Hugo[/name_m], [name_m]Harold[/name_m], [name_m]Angelo[/name_m] and [name_m]Felix[/name_m].

[name_m]Joseph[/name_m] – A classic and solid name. I find it a little bit plain because of how common it is, but it’s still a good choice.

[name_m]Julian[/name_m] – Are you pronouncing this the English way? I like [name_m]Julian[/name_m] a lot, but feel that it’s a bit feminine-sounding in English, I don’t know why.

[name_m]Augustin[/name_m] – Fresh, energetic and charming. [name_u]Gus[/name_u] would be a great nickname. I prefer [name_u]August[/name_u] and [name_m]Augustus[/name_m] slightly more, but this one is also great.

[name_m]Hugo[/name_m] – [name_u]Love[/name_u]! This one is very handsome and solid.

[name_m]Harold[/name_m] – Not that bad, but I can’t imagine it on a child. The Grandfather vibes are too strong.

[name_m]Angelo[/name_m] – Handsome and sophisticated! I love this one, and can imagine a charismatic and cool guy carrying this name.

[name_m]Felix[/name_m] – See [name_m]Hugo[/name_m].

[name_m]Augustin[/name_m] is my favorite.
[name_m]Joseph[/name_m] is my second favorite practically tied with [name_m]Felix[/name_m].
[name_m]Augustin[/name_m] [name_m]Joseph[/name_m] would be a great combo.

Bump, please!

[name_m]Augustin[/name_m] is a favourite of mine, so I do love that one. [name_m]Augustin[/name_m] [name_m]Joseph[/name_m] is fabulous combo!

Come on guys, help me out!

[name_m]Joseph[/name_m] - I’ve always thought it was a solid, handsome, simple name. I’m a big fan of classic boy names, so I’m a fan, although it definitely isn’t a name I usually think twice on simply because it’s so common.
[name_m]Julian[/name_m] - [name_u]Love[/name_u] it! I’ve adored this name for such a long time. Pretty much no faults that I can think of.
[name_m]Augustin[/name_m] - Really lovely. I don’t see it mentioned a lot, so it’s nice to see someone thinking of it. I think it’s handsome and feels very sophisticated, but it doesn’t really feel “heavy.”
[name_m]Hugo[/name_m] - I like this a lot, but I do think it’s a little clunky. Not necessarily “dated,” but just like the clunky girl name trend: [name_f]Agnes[/name_f], [name_f]Edith[/name_f], etc. So I’m a fan but it isn’t really my style per se.
[name_m]Harold[/name_m] - I’m actually a big fan of [name_m]Harold[/name_m]…it’s definitely another clunky name but for some reason I’m super fond of it. I like the nns [name_m]Harry[/name_m] and [name_m]Hal[/name_m].
[name_m]Angelo[/name_m] - Nms. Not a bad name by any means, I’m just personally not a fan. It feels very common to me, but I can’t say why…maybe the similarity to [name_f]Angela[/name_f]?
[name_m]Felix[/name_m] - [name_m]Just[/name_m] a super handsome, super fun name. It’s popular for a reason imo.

Mi amiga, I love the names [name_m]Augustin[/name_m] and [name_m]Julian[/name_m]! [name_m]Julian[/name_m] probably a little bit more! I’m surprised with myself for actually loving the clunky and grandpa name [name_m]Harold[/name_m], I think it’s so “old man” it’s endearing. [name_m]Felix[/name_m] is a lovely name, but grown quite popular and [name_m]Joseph[/name_m] is a name I find beautiful, but doesn’t really match the more Latin [name_m]Leo[/name_m] and [name_f]Catalina[/name_f]. [name_m]Hugo[/name_m] is not really my style.

[name_m]Joseph[/name_m]- I’m a sucker for classic & simple names…so [name_m]Joe[/name_m] is a good one in my book. Not fussy, just strong and masculine.

[name_m]Julian[/name_m]- I do like [name_m]Julian[/name_m]…it seems to be gaining a lot of popularity here in the U.S. of late.

[name_m]Augustin[/name_m]- Not crazy about all the variations of [name_m]Augustus[/name_m] & [name_u]August[/name_u]…[name_m]Augustine[/name_m]…yeah.

[name_m]Hugo[/name_m]- !! Yay for this name! I can see this working for the sweet quiet type & the outgoing “nice guy”

[name_m]Harold[/name_m]- I prefer the nickname [name_m]Harry[/name_m] over the name [name_m]Harold[/name_m]. I think [name_m]Harry[/name_m] stands on it’s own just fine.

[name_m]Angelo[/name_m]- Probably because my family has a french & german background but I don’t really dig [name_m]Angelo[/name_m]. I think of Jello.

[name_m]Felix[/name_m]- Eh. Conjures pictures of a cartoon cat.

[name_m]Julian[/name_m], [name_m]Hugo[/name_m] and [name_m]Felix[/name_m] are my favourites in that order. The rest just aren’t my style. I prefer [name_u]August[/name_u] to [name_m]Augustin[/name_m].

[name_m]Joseph[/name_m] is so handsome I’ve always loved this name.

I’m stuck between [name_m]Augustin[/name_m], [name_m]Julian[/name_m] and [name_m]Felix[/name_m]… I’ve defined a girl name already, [name_f]Celeste[/name_f].
What do you guys think? Which name sounds better with [name_m]Leo[/name_m] and [name_f]Catalina[/name_f]?

[name_m]Felix[/name_m]. Because I think of cat. And [name_m]Leo[/name_m] is a type of cat (lion) so I think [name_m]Felix[/name_m].

I also would’ve narrowed it down to [name_m]Augustin[/name_m], [name_m]Julian[/name_m] and [name_m]Felix[/name_m] too because those sound the best with [name_m]Leo[/name_m] and [name_f]Catalina[/name_f] so… I’m not sure but let’s try them out…

[name_m]Leo[/name_m], [name_f]Catalina[/name_f] & [name_m]Julian[/name_m] (I like this one a lot! I think it might be my favorite)

[name_m]Leo[/name_m], [name_f]Catalina[/name_f] & [name_m]Felix[/name_m] (I love the name [name_m]Felix[/name_m], but weirdly…when I wrote these out I realized they all have sort of a “cat” theme, which I don’t know that you want… leo= lion, catalina= cat and felix = felix the cat. Hmmm. So, depending on how you feel about that, may or may not want to use this one. Maybe you like that there’s a hidden theme that ties the names together, or maybe you’re planning to have a 4th child and will feel pressure to come up with another “cat” name, who knows!)

[name_m]Leo[/name_m], [name_f]Catalina[/name_f] & [name_m]Augustin[/name_m] (this is lovely as well!)

Sorry I’m not much help… I like them all as well. I would say… just keep thinking about them, saying them out loud, coming back to them… and eventually, go with whichever one you feel the most connected to. I had a really hard time deciding on my son’s middle name (between [name_m]Hugo[/name_m] and [name_m]Henry[/name_m]) and in the end…it just came down to which one I felt the most emotional connection with. I know that’s weird, but I feel like… just keep mulling them over, and you’ll figure out which one you like. They’re all great names so you can’t go wrong!

[name_u]Love[/name_u] [name_m]Julian[/name_m], [name_m]Augustin[/name_m], [name_m]Hugo[/name_m], and [name_m]Felix[/name_m]. All dashing, wordly, and romantic… [name_m]Joseph[/name_m] is a handsome classic, which I would prefer in the middle. And [name_m]Angelo[/name_m] is nice, but not quite as charming as the others, imo. Dislike [name_m]Harold[/name_m]–too old man stuffy for me.

I like [name_m]Angelo[/name_m] and [name_m]Augustin[/name_m] the best. I think [name_m]Julian[/name_m] sounds feminine to me, but that’s just what i think
