Thoughts on These?

Would love some feedback on the flow of these combos! S/O and I both like [name_f]Bethan[/name_f] [name_f]Olivia[/name_f] [name_f]Zoe[/name_f] ([name_f]Olivia[/name_f] reigned supreme for him over [name_u]Louise[/name_u]) but otherwise, we don’t have combos in place.

[name_f]Lucy[/name_f] [name_f]Amelia[/name_f] [name_f]Blossom[/name_f]
[name_f]Danielle[/name_f] [name_f]Felicity[/name_f] [name_f]Jane[/name_f] “[name_u]Dani[/name_u]”
[name_f]Cerys[/name_f] [name_f]Penelope[/name_f] [name_f]Jade[/name_f]
[name_f]Katie[/name_f] [name_f]Louisa[/name_f] [name_f]Jane[/name_f]
[name_u]Ruby[/name_u] [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f] [name_f]Mary[/name_f]
[name_f]Imogen[/name_f] [name_f]Honey[/name_f] [name_f]Grace[/name_f]
[name_f]Millie[/name_f] [name_f]Rebecca[/name_f] [name_f]Joy[/name_f]
[name_f]Maisie[/name_f] [name_f]Sophia[/name_f] [name_f]Kate[/name_f]
[name_f]Daisy[/name_f] [name_f]Madeleine[/name_f] [name_f]Kate[/name_f]

Surname begins with D and is two syllables. I’d love MN suggestions too - we’d like to use [name_f]Sapphire[/name_f], [name_f]Stephanie[/name_f], [name_f]Honey[/name_f], and [name_f]Blossom[/name_f] in the middle spot somewhere.

Other names we/I like (haven’t run them all by him yet, lol): listography: error

Thanks! :smiling_face_with_three_hearts:

I really like [name_f]Bethan[/name_f], [name_f]Millie[/name_f], and [name_f]Maisie[/name_f]. I tend to go for classic middles like [name_f]Mae[/name_f] and [name_f]Rose[/name_f] for the elegance factor, but that’s not everyone’s cup of tea.

I love [name_f]Danielle[/name_f] [name_f]Felicity[/name_f] [name_f]Jane[/name_f]! [name_f]Katie[/name_f] [name_f]Louisa[/name_f] [name_f]Jane[/name_f], [name_f]Maisie[/name_f] [name_f]Sophia[/name_f] [name_f]Kate[/name_f], and [name_f]Daisy[/name_f] [name_f]Madeleine[/name_f] [name_f]Kate[/name_f] are also super sweet!

Of the list, I think they all flow quite well. Great additions to your list!

Oh wow, I love so many of these combos! Honestly, I think they pretty much all flow nicely, but I’ll give you my thoughts on each of them

[name_f]Lucy[/name_f] [name_f]Amelia[/name_f] [name_f]Blossom[/name_f]–[name_u]Love[/name_u] love love. [name_f]Lucy[/name_f] and [name_f]Amelia[/name_f] strike me as sweet, strong, and classic, and [name_f]Blossom[/name_f] feels like the perfect addition. This name feels bright and happy yet grounded.
[name_f]Danielle[/name_f] [name_f]Felicity[/name_f] [name_f]Jane[/name_f] “[name_u]Dani[/name_u]”–These names balance each other really nicely! I also think [name_f]Danielle[/name_f] would sound great with a bit of a shorter middle.
[name_f]Cerys[/name_f] [name_f]Penelope[/name_f] [name_f]Jade[/name_f]–I like the way these names feel and flow together; overall this combo feels unexpected in a really pleasant way!
[name_f]Katie[/name_f] [name_f]Louisa[/name_f] [name_f]Jane[/name_f]–I picture this name belonging to the absolute nicest girl! I love the balance between sweet, friendly [name_f]Katie[/name_f] and strong, grounded [name_f]Louisa[/name_f]. And the lovely [name_f]Jane[/name_f] finishes the combo perfectly!
[name_u]Ruby[/name_u] [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f] [name_f]Mary[/name_f]–I adore [name_u]Ruby[/name_u] and think [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f] makes the perfect middle for it. I love the idea of using [name_f]Mary[/name_f] in the middle, too, although I don’t love the flow of this trio quite as much as some of your others. It’s a really lovely name though!
[name_f]Imogen[/name_f] [name_f]Honey[/name_f] [name_f]Grace[/name_f]–I really like this one! [name_f]Imogen[/name_f] is growing on me, [name_f]Honey[/name_f] in the middle is pure sweetness, and I love the way [name_f]Grace[/name_f] balances the other two slightly more unexpected picks. This isn’t my favorite of your combos flow-wise (I think it’s the transition sound between [name_f]Imogen[/name_f] and [name_f]Honey[/name_f], maybe because of the n’s?), but I absolutely still think it works.
[name_f]Millie[/name_f] [name_f]Rebecca[/name_f] [name_f]Joy[/name_f]–I absolutely love the way these three play off of each other. [name_f]Millie[/name_f] feels light and energetic, [name_f]Rebecca[/name_f] feels classic and grounded, and [name_f]Joy[/name_f] feels sweet and, well, joyful! You really have such a knack for balanced combos and flow
[name_f]Maisie[/name_f] [name_f]Sophia[/name_f] [name_f]Kate[/name_f]–I love all three names in this combo; I can’t decide whether I like the repeated “s” sound in [name_f]Maisie[/name_f] and [name_f]Sophia[/name_f], or whether the combo might flow better with a different first-middle. [name_f]Maisie[/name_f] [name_f]Amelia[/name_f] [name_f]Kate[/name_f]? [name_f]Maisie[/name_f] [name_f]Imogen[/name_f] [name_f]Kate[/name_f]? I definitely think it works the way you have it though, and the more times I say it together, the more I’m liking it!
[name_f]Daisy[/name_f] [name_f]Madeleine[/name_f] [name_f]Kate[/name_f]–This name just feels so sunshine-y and lovely. I think the flow is great, and I love all three names! I’m definitely a fan.

Overall, there’s really not a name on this list I could dislike! They all feel warm and friendly, and I love the flow of most of them. Thanks for sharing!

Bethan [name_f]Olivia[/name_f] [name_f]Zoe[/name_f]
Lively, warm and lovely

Lucy [name_f]Amelia[/name_f] [name_f]Blossom[/name_f]
[name_u]Love[/name_u] this. [name_f]Lucy[/name_f] is smart and sweet and [name_f]Amelia[/name_f] [name_f]Blossom[/name_f] is a lovely middle combo

Cerys [name_f]Penelope[/name_f] [name_f]Jade[/name_f]
I adore this! [name_f]Cerys[/name_f] is so gentle yet adventurous and I love [name_f]Penelope[/name_f] [name_f]Jade[/name_f]

Katie [name_f]Louisa[/name_f] [name_f]Jane[/name_f]
This has a sweet simplicity!

Ruby [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f] [name_f]Mary[/name_f]
A nice mix of cute and sophisticated

Imogen [name_f]Honey[/name_f] [name_f]Grace[/name_f]
I like how this is both strong and cutesy -you’ve got that balance right

Millie [name_f]Rebecca[/name_f] [name_f]Joy[/name_f]
Nice blend of soft and sharper sounds!

Maisie [name_f]Sophia[/name_f] [name_f]Kate[/name_f]
This is so joyful and bright

Daisy [name_f]Madeline[/name_f] [name_f]Kate[/name_f]
Elegant yet cutesy

Danielle [name_f]Felicity[/name_f] [name_f]Jane[/name_f]
Frilly but not fussy

I loooove [name_f]Lucy[/name_f] [name_f]Amelia[/name_f] [name_f]Blossom[/name_f], [name_u]Ruby[/name_u] [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f] [name_f]Mary[/name_f], [name_f]Maisie[/name_f] [name_f]Sophia[/name_f] [name_f]Kate[/name_f], [name_f]Daisy[/name_f] [name_f]Madeleine[/name_f] [name_f]Kate[/name_f], [name_f]Cerys[/name_f] [name_f]Penelope[/name_f] [name_f]Jade[/name_f], and [name_f]Imogen[/name_f] [name_f]Honey[/name_f] [name_f]Grace[/name_f]! They’re so beautiful and sweet!!

All of your combos flow perfectly to me
I love to see [name_u]Ruby[/name_u], [name_f]Honey[/name_f], [name_f]Blossom[/name_f], and [name_f]Maisie[/name_f] used in combos

Sorry this wasn’t as helpful, but I genuinely love them all! You’ve created such a lovely list!!

([name_f]Lola[/name_f] [name_f]Stephanie[/name_f] [name_f]Jane[/name_f] or [name_f]Lola[/name_f] [name_f]Stephanie[/name_f] [name_f]Blossom[/name_f] would be beautiful!)

Lucy [name_f]Amelia[/name_f] [name_f]Blossom[/name_f]- I really like the way it sounds together! It brings together a really strong, sophisticated combo.
[name_f]Danielle[/name_f] [name_f]Felicity[/name_f] [name_f]Jane[/name_f]- The flow is great! I think it’s very elegant.
[name_f]Cerys[/name_f] [name_f]Penelope[/name_f] [name_f]Jade[/name_f]- Flows nicely, and it sounds very lyrical! [name_f]My[/name_f] favorite from your list.
[name_f]Katie[/name_f] [name_f]Louisa[/name_f] [name_f]Jane[/name_f]- [name_u]Love[/name_u] it! ([name_f]Louisa[/name_f] [name_f]Jane[/name_f] is actually on my list!)
[name_u]Ruby[/name_u] [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f] [name_f]Mary[/name_f]- I do love all these names. I’m not sure about the flow though.
[name_f]Imogen[/name_f] [name_f]Honey[/name_f] [name_f]Grace[/name_f]- I love the way it looks, sounds, and feels. I wasn’t completely sold on it at first, but it really is lovely.
[name_f]Millie[/name_f] [name_f]Rebecca[/name_f] [name_f]Joy[/name_f]- Wonderful combo! The flow is great.
[name_f]Maisie[/name_f] [name_f]Sophia[/name_f] [name_f]Kate[/name_f]- Such a sweet, happy combo! Flows perfectly.
[name_f]Daisy[/name_f] [name_f]Madeleine[/name_f] [name_f]Kate[/name_f]- Very nice! It’s not my favorite of all of them, but the flow is fine.

Thank you everyone! We’re still just in the collecting/playing around with names stage, but it’s nice to have some combinations in mind

@user30 - I also like [name_f]Mae[/name_f] and [name_f]Rose[/name_f] as middle names, we’re still deciding if we’d like two middles or just one! :stuck_out_tongue:

@elanorelle - Thank you!! :slight_smile:

@dandy_orchid - Thank you! [name_f]Mary[/name_f] is a family name for us both, so I’d like to use it somewhere, but I was wondering it might not be quite be the best flow with [name_u]Ruby[/name_u]. I don’t know that I have a knack for combos, but I’m flattered you think so! Normally I find combos really hard! :stuck_out_tongue: I quite like [name_f]Maisie[/name_f] [name_f]Amelia[/name_f] [name_f]Kate[/name_f] as well, thank you!!

@greyblue - Thank you!! S/O really likes that cutesy vibe, and I’m a sucker for it as well :stuck_out_tongue:

@regionlatbest - Thank you! I’m working on convincing S/O on [name_f]Blossom[/name_f] as a first name, and he’s actually not opposed :stuck_out_tongue: I adore it, it’s so gorgeous imo. Someone from a reality show I watch has a daughter called [name_f]Blossom[/name_f] which helped sell me on it again. I love [name_f]Lola[/name_f] [name_f]Stephanie[/name_f] [name_f]Jane[/name_f]!!!

@NimbleNymph - Thank you :slight_smile: I was a bit iffy on the flow of [name_f]Daisy[/name_f] [name_f]Madeleine[/name_f] [name_f]Kate[/name_f] and [name_u]Ruby[/name_u] [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f] [name_f]Mary[/name_f] myself, haha!

[name_m]Hi[/name_m] there.

Here are my thoughts on your list-

[name_f]Lucy[/name_f] [name_f]Amelia[/name_f] [name_f]Blossom[/name_f]-This is so cute! [name_f]Lucy[/name_f] is just lovable. It’s sweet, friendly, spunky & classic. And I am in love w/Amelia. [name_f]Blossom[/name_f] is a fun second mn. This has a great flow.

[name_f]Danielle[/name_f] [name_f]Felicity[/name_f] [name_f]Jane[/name_f]-Ooh, very nice flow. [name_f]Danielle[/name_f] is a little 80s for my taste, but this is still a very cute combo.

[name_f]Cerys[/name_f] [name_f]Penelope[/name_f] [name_f]Jade[/name_f]-I’m not super in love w/Cerys, but it’s not bad. It’s different, & the flow is perfect honestly.

[name_f]Katie[/name_f] [name_f]Louisa[/name_f] [name_f]Jane[/name_f]-I love [name_f]Louisa[/name_f] [name_f]Jane[/name_f]! [name_m]How[/name_m] classy. I would totally prefer [name_f]Katie[/name_f] as a nn though. [name_f]Katherine[/name_f] [name_f]Louisa[/name_f] [name_f]Jane[/name_f] nn [name_f]Katie[/name_f] would be amazing. Or [name_f]Kathleen[/name_f]. Or [name_f]Katia[/name_f] if you wanted to be really exotic.

[name_u]Ruby[/name_u] [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f] [name_f]Mary[/name_f]-Hm. I don’t think that flow is perfect, but it’s not bad either. [name_u]Ruby[/name_u] is sweet & spunky.

[name_f]Imogen[/name_f] [name_f]Honey[/name_f] [name_f]Grace[/name_f]-[name_f]Imogen[/name_f] is awesome. Super smart & unique. And I love the nns Idige & [name_f]Imee[/name_f]. [name_f]Ginny[/name_f] & [name_f]Minnie[/name_f] are good too. [name_f]Honey[/name_f] [name_f]Grace[/name_f] sounds a little cheesy, but I guess it’s not awful w/the more elegant [name_f]Imogen[/name_f].

[name_f]Millie[/name_f] [name_f]Rebecca[/name_f] [name_f]Joy[/name_f]-I don’t care for [name_f]Rebecca[/name_f] [name_f]Joy[/name_f], but this combo flows really nicely. [name_f]Millie[/name_f] is a bit nick-namey for me. I like it as a nn for [name_u]Camille[/name_u], [name_f]Camilla[/name_f], [name_f]Emilia[/name_f], [name_f]Matilda[/name_f] or [name_f]Millicent[/name_f].

Maisee [name_f]Sophia[/name_f] [name_f]Kate[/name_f]-Aw,I love [name_f]Maisie[/name_f]! Again, more for a nn, but still really sweet & spunky. [name_f]Maisie[/name_f] [name_f]Sophia[/name_f] [name_f]Kate[/name_f] isn’t the best flow in my opinion. [name_m]Just[/name_m] a little ‘S’ & long ‘a’ heavy.

[name_f]Daisy[/name_f] [name_f]Madeleine[/name_f] [name_f]Kate[/name_f]-That’s a sweet combo, & I’m madly in love w/Daisy!

[name_f]Hope[/name_f] this helps.

@michellem - Thanks!! [name_f]Danielle[/name_f]'s probably the most 80s choice on our list, but we both adore the nn [name_u]Dani[/name_u], so we decided to keep it in there :stuck_out_tongue: I was hoping [name_f]Felicity[/name_f] might liven [name_f]Danielle[/name_f] up somewhat! As for [name_f]Louisa[/name_f], I might try to sway S/O on it over [name_u]Louise[/name_u], as it might work a bit better with surname as a first! I do like [name_f]Katherine[/name_f] nn [name_f]Katie[/name_f], but S/O wasn’t keen - he preferred just [name_f]Katie[/name_f], and I sort of did as well, haha.

@vim - Thank you!! :slight_smile:

@Gia.berry - Oh I love [name_f]Isla[/name_f] [name_f]Stephanie[/name_f] [name_f]Mae[/name_f], [name_f]Chloe[/name_f] [name_f]Blossom[/name_f] [name_u]Louise[/name_u], [name_f]Sienna[/name_f] [name_f]Blossom[/name_f] [name_f]Kate[/name_f], [name_f]Ella[/name_f] [name_f]Felicity[/name_f] [name_f]Jane[/name_f], [name_f]Orla[/name_f] [name_f]Madeleine[/name_f] [name_f]Honey[/name_f] and [name_u]Ruby[/name_u] [name_u]Evelyn[/name_u] [name_f]Grace[/name_f]! Thank you!

I think all of these have great flow and sound. [name_f]My[/name_f] favorites are [name_f]Lucy[/name_f] [name_f]Amelia[/name_f] [name_f]Blossom[/name_f] and [name_f]Katie[/name_f] [name_f]Louisa[/name_f] [name_f]Jane[/name_f]. I do think [name_f]Honey[/name_f] + [name_f]Grace[/name_f] right together like that is a little heavy on the word names, but that’s my only real quibble.
