I was playing around with my long list of names and I discovered that I really like the sound of [name_m]Timothy[/name_m]-[name_u]Robin[/name_u] as a first name, but Idk. What do you guys think? (not expecting, just a “name nerd”)
The first thing I thought of was [name_m]Christopher[/name_m] [name_u]Robin[/name_u] from [name_f]Winnie[/name_f] the Pooh!
To me it sounds overly long. I think double-barrelled names work best when the names are fairly short, like [name_m]John[/name_m]-[name_u]Michael[/name_u] for example.
Reminds me of [name_f]Winnie[/name_f] the Pooh too, not sure I like it sorry.
It sounds nice, but my first thought was “[name_m]Timothy[/name_m] [name_m]Drake[/name_m] is the 3 [name_u]Robin[/name_u] (Batman’s partner/sidekick)”. After the character passed down the mantle, he became [name_u]Red[/name_u] [name_u]Robin[/name_u], so the association is somewhat strong for me. This wouldn’t bother me though, he’s a cool character and I love comic books.
