I would assume there is some kind of cultural significance as it looks foreign.
I would pronounce [name_f]Lilou[/name_f] - Lie-[name_u]Lou[/name_u]. However the other spelling, Lilu looks like [name_u]Lee[/name_u]-lou. I prefer [name_f]Lilou[/name_f], though I’m not a huge fan of either. It’s has a sweet, girly feel to it though, if thats what you’re after!
