Really loving Rosebeth as a middle name for a potential daughter I just think it’s elegant, sweet and honours two loved ones.
[name_f]Lilia[/name_f] has been veoted and even though I have [name_f]Eloise[/name_f] on my list I really do love [name_f]Evie[/name_f]. [name_f]Evie[/name_f] is such a sweet little name and I love [name_f]Evie[/name_f] as a nickname for [name_f]Genevieve[/name_f]. [name_f]Genevieve[/name_f] isn’t a favourite of the father but I think I could work him potentially.
So lovely berries thoughts on [name_f]Genevieve[/name_f]? [name_f]Do[/name_f] you like [name_f]Genevieve[/name_f] Rosebeth?
Yep, this!
[name_m]Don[/name_m]'t be sorry for asking lots of questions. We’re all here because names are our thing, and we love seeing the progression in your list and being a part of your process!
[name_f]Genevieve[/name_f] Rosebeth is literally stunning. [name_f]Eloise[/name_f] Rosebeth is absolutely gorgeous too. You honestly cannot go wrong either way! I slightly prefer [name_f]Eloise[/name_f] Rosebeth as it’s more my style, but [name_f]Genevieve[/name_f] “[name_f]Evie[/name_f]” Rosebeth is so sweet! Also, I think [name_f]Evie[/name_f] is popular enough to work as a standalone name if you wanted.
Thank you so much berries for the positivity regarding [name_f]Genevieve[/name_f] Rosebeth & [name_f]Evie[/name_f] Rosebeth
@jonquils you made me proper laugh thank you honestly I thought I was being proper annoying with the constant questions like gosh not this girl AGAIN I think it’s because I feel sorted with my boys names really (may change though) but girls completely unsure I’m just bombarding everyone. @midwinter thank you for your encouragement & kind thoughts on my name list progression. Naming is hard especially when your indecisive name nerd!
Seriously I fear for these forums the day I get pregnant because I post enough in here as it is! [name_m]Don[/name_m]'t worry, we live for naming babies
[name_f]Genevieve[/name_f] Rosebeth is stunning and I love it.
The only thing I might consider is the length. Sometimes I try imagine my kids writing their name as a 4 year old and realise it might be too complicated for them. Although she could just be [name_f]Evie[/name_f] for the first few years!
I also like the suggestion of [name_u]Evelyn[/name_u], and [name_f]Eva[/name_f] and stand really well on it’s own too (it’s my niece’s name and she loves it).
@elleplume I agree [name_f]Genevieve[/name_f] is super long I think even some of my own family may struggle with the spelling let alone a 4 year old I really love the suggestion of [name_u]Evelyn[/name_u] not so much on [name_f]Eva[/name_f] prefer [name_f]Evie[/name_f]. I love [name_f]Evie[/name_f] it’s really pretty but super popular where I am everyone loves a nickname name in [name_m]Britain[/name_m]. Whereas [name_f]Genevieve[/name_f] isn’t I’ve only come across two which I think means it’s not that popular I think it’s really pretty & you get [name_f]Evie[/name_f]. But yeah it’s LONG also thank you for reassurance about all the posting I’m glad I’m not the only one who’d become a borderline stalker off the berries
