Hey, your honest thoughts on name combos with [name_f]Cordelia[/name_f]. They are all with strong D sound. Does it work?
[name_f]Cordelia[/name_f] [name_f]Demi[/name_f]
[name_f]Cordelia[/name_f] [name_f]Delyth[/name_f]
[name_f]Cordelia[/name_f] [name_f]Delphine[/name_f]
[name_f]Cordelia[/name_f] [name_f]Delphi[/name_f]
Does de sound clash with [name_f]Cordelia[/name_f]?
I think it works! With [name_f]Cordelia[/name_f] having 4 syllables, I think that helps balance almost any middle name, except for maybe ones that begin with an -uh sound, since that is the last syllable of [name_f]Cordelia[/name_f].
I don’t think they clash necessarily. I would avoid something that repeats the -dee sound, but it seems all of your choices so far on this list do a good job of avoiding that. [name_f]Cordelia[/name_f] [name_f]Delphine[/name_f] is lovely!

thank you both. I was kind of worried over strong D sound for a long time now. Always been avoiding it.
I think they work too, and I especially like [name_f]Cordelia[/name_f] [name_f]Delphine[/name_f] and [name_f]Cordelia[/name_f] [name_f]Delphi[/name_f]
3 out of 4 do. [name_f]Cordelia[/name_f] [name_f]Delphine[/name_f] alone is the only one that doesn’t sound grating in my opinion
I like them all except [name_f]Delphine[/name_f] which is a bit rhymey. The others have a cool zippy sound
