What are your thoughts on the name Venus?
What do you think of it hyphenated like Lucia-Venus or Selah-Venus?

It’s a little much for me. Somehow it works on [name_f]Venus[/name_f] [name_m]Williams[/name_m] but the name itself has this image of hyper-femininity attached to it and has slightly sexualised vibes to me.

[name_f]Venus[/name_f] is pretty! Very associated with [name_f]Venus[/name_f] [name_m]Williams[/name_m] and leg shaving 
however. Not a name I would choose personally. I don’t love the hyphenated versions, they’re just a bit much for me.

I feel the same way. I think it’s cool, and I like it in theory. However, the connotations of the name feel a bit heavy for wear.
(This is obviously just my opinion! Selah-Venus is cool!)
