I have been looking at various site over the past days and have found some names I like the look and sound of, what is your opinion and if you have any info to give on the name feel free.

[name_f]Clotilda[/name_f] - chunky? I feel like I can’t or I don’t want to use [name_f]Matilda[/name_f] to get the NN [name_f]Tilda[/name_f] but idk, it sounded cute when I wrote my list but writing it here sounds chunky.

These are just my initial opinions, so please don’t take offence!
[name_f]Ciel[/name_f] - as a french speaker, I can immediately see myself being confused with this. People already think I’m called corn when I introduce myself!
[name_f]Enya[/name_f] - It sounds very cute, very Russian too. I had a friend who was an [name_f]Enya[/name_f] growing up
[name_f]Suki[/name_f] - When I think of a [name_f]Suki[/name_f], she seems like a bit of a badass, but one who would stick up for you, not beat you up.
[name_f]Suvi[/name_f] - Seems exotic, I wouldn’t pick it but I feel like a [name_f]Suvi[/name_f] would be a nice girl.
[name_f]Clotilda[/name_f] - I agree with you! It just seems odd here. I also immediately thought of blood clots which probably isn’t nice. I do like [name_f]Tilda[/name_f] on its own though (thinking of [name_f]Tilda[/name_f] Swinton. An eccentric actress, but a cool name)
[name_f]Clarice[/name_f] - Reminds me of [name_f]Silence[/name_f] of the Lambs. A cool reference, but I don’t know how you (or I) would feel about my child having that association!
[name_f]Niara[/name_f] - This is a sweet name. She also (like [name_f]Suvi[/name_f]) seems like a nice, lovely girl. I wouldn’t choose it personally but it sounds cute.
[name_f]Renata[/name_f] - I love this. It does sound old though. [name_f]Renate[/name_f] (same pronunciation) is the name of one of my friend’s mothers, so I love it. She’s a great woman.
[name_f]Ciel[/name_f] - I don’t necessarily dislike [name_f]Ciel[/name_f], I just don’t see the appeal. With [name_u]Skye[/name_u], I do, as it’s a Scottish place name, however [name_f]Ciel[/name_f] or [name_u]Sky[/name_u] just seem a little strange to me. I’ve never been super keen on word names though so take that with a grain of salt!
[name_f]Enya[/name_f] - [name_u]Love[/name_u] [name_f]Enya[/name_f]! I had a few penpals with the name years ago and thought it was beautiful. I myself wouldn’t use it but I’d love to meet a little one with the name.
[name_f]Suki[/name_f] - I don’t see the appeal of [name_f]Suki[/name_f], I’m afraid. I love the meaning of it, but it just looks off to me? I can’t quite put my finger on what it is.
[name_f]Suvi[/name_f] - while I adore most Finnish names, I’m not a huge fan of [name_f]Suvi[/name_f], for the same reason I’m not a fan of [name_f]Suki[/name_f].
[name_f]Clotilda[/name_f] - I wouldn’t say [name_f]Clotilda[/name_f] is too chunky per se, but I do imagine it would take one heck of a personality to pull it off. It’s very unique in the sense that despite bearing similarity to [name_f]Chloe[/name_f] and [name_f]Matilda[/name_f], which are both popular, it feels a little clumsy to say.
[name_f]Clarice[/name_f] - [name_u]Love[/name_u] [name_f]Clarice[/name_f]!! It makes me think of [name_u]Julie[/name_u] Andrews’ character in The [name_f]Princess[/name_f] Diaries (though her spelling was [name_f]Clarisse[/name_f]). I’d love to meet a little [name_f]Clarice[/name_f].
[name_f]Niara[/name_f] - [name_f]Niara[/name_f] is gorgeous! I think this may be my favourite of your options!
[name_f]Renata[/name_f] - I do like [name_f]Renata[/name_f]’s sound, but it feels a but lacklustre compared to some of your other options like [name_f]Enya[/name_f] or [name_f]Niara[/name_f], but maybe that’s because quite a few years ago I feel like I saw it in here a lot?
And don’t be afraid to say something negative as long as the negative vibe/feel/opinion of the name is explained I find everything fine! I like my possible use names challenged as if I still like it after a reasonable negative was said then It goes on my list.
[name_f]Ciel[/name_f] - I know someone who chose to go by this name and didn’t really find them to be too great of a person but I do like the look and sound of [name_f]Ciel[/name_f]!
[name_f]Enya[/name_f] - I’m first reminded of the Irish musician [name_f]Enya[/name_f] – I like this one!
[name_f]Suki[/name_f] - I named my cat this when I was three! Spelled [name_f]Sukey[/name_f] (because I didn’t know how to spell it right) and he turned out to be a boy (lol) but he was very affectionate so I will forever be reminded of him when I see this name. I like it.
[name_f]Suvi[/name_f] - The v sound is a nice twist but this one is not my favourite of the list.
[name_f]Clotilda[/name_f] - The Clot- syllable throws me off of this one. I think of blood clots as a previous poster mentioned as well. Not the most flattering sound on anyone, I find. [name_f]Tilda[/name_f] is a sweet suffix, though. Betilda, maybe?
[name_f]Clarice[/name_f] - I always think of [name_f]Clarisse[/name_f] from [name_u]Percy[/name_u] [name_m]Jackson[/name_m] (and prefer that spelling) and while I don’t necessarily like the name, it would fit well with the other names in your signature.
[name_f]Niara[/name_f] - Reminds me of Niagara which is cool! It sounds like a fairy name and I like it.
[name_f]Renata[/name_f] - Pretty, plus you could get the nn [name_u]Rene[/name_u]. I prefer this one over some of the others listed here.
[name_f]Ciel[/name_f] - love the meaning and the sounds, though something about the look puts me off for a first name. For a middle, it would be great

The [name_f]Suki[/name_f]/[name_f]Sukey[/name_f] analogy is adorable! I am starting to see the blood clot relation to [name_f]Clotilda[/name_f] see think she is out! Betilda is nice, Nameberry does not recognise it so will go digging or if you know any info on the name feel free to message me, I am loving the NN/Name [name_f]Betty[/name_f] so Betilda has that going for it too!
[name_f]Clarisse[/name_f] spelling is getting my vote now, [name_u]Percy[/name_u] [name_m]Jackson[/name_m] reference and The [name_f]Princess[/name_f] Diaries (HELLO Teenage [name_f]Cait[/name_f]/Lysia years XD ) I also saw it is the spelling in one of my books on my TBR - Fahrenheit 451.
[name_f]Ciel[/name_f] - It’s nice, but I don’t love it. I can imagine it be pronounced like ‘[name_m]Seal[/name_m]’ a lot which could be frustrating. I think I also just prefer [name_u]Skye[/name_u].
[name_f]Enya[/name_f] - I really like [name_f]Enya[/name_f], though it is also the name of a quite famous Irish singer that my dad LOVES so I have that association (it’s not a bad one, but you would need to be aware that when she got older she would stumble across several albums by someone with her name!).
[name_f]Suki[/name_f] - I think [name_f]Suki[/name_f] is lovely, but I don’t know if I would feel comfortable using it if I didn’t have the heritage to back it up. That being said, [name_f]Suki[/name_f] on [name_m]Gilmore[/name_m] Girls doesn’t seem to, and she wears it fine. I prefer [name_f]Sakura[/name_f] in general.
[name_f]Suvi[/name_f] - [name_m]Just[/name_m] makes me think SUV, sorry!

[name_f]Clarice[/name_f] - It just makes me think of [name_m]Hannibal[/name_m]. I also don’t enjoy the general sound of the name, sorry. It gives me a very strict/mean vibe.
[name_f]Niara[/name_f] - I love it. Either as Nee-are-ah ([name_f]Kiara[/name_f] but with an N) or [name_m]Nye[/name_m]-are-ah, I think it looks and sounds lovely. Definitely my favourite.
[name_f]Renata[/name_f] - I like [name_f]Renata[/name_f], I don’t love it, but I do really like it. I love the nn options [name_u]Ren[/name_u] (more tom-boyish) or [name_u]Nat[/name_u], and then lots of other more out there options. This one is my second favourite.
I am considering changing my [name_f]Theia[/name_f] [name_f]Lorelai[/name_f] [name_u]Quinn[/name_u] combo to [name_f]Theia[/name_f] [name_f]Lorelai[/name_f] [name_f]Ciel[/name_f] so def a MN spot for [name_f]Ciel[/name_f] at the moment.
Well I have not researched it but I am hoping [name_f]Niara[/name_f] is “Nee-ar-ruh”
I get that feel with [name_f]Renata[/name_f] too! It sounds music related to me but I am not sure
The [name_f]Enya[/name_f] association makes me love it more. As my Irish heritage comes from my Dad and I didn’t grow up with him around I seem to automatically love and cling to almost anything Irish for that part of myself.
[name_f]Suki[/name_f] on the [name_m]Gilmore[/name_m] Girls! that is why I may be in love with it. I have this familiar vibe when I saw it. Been watching The 100 so those names are stuck in my head more.

No need to say sorry! I am asking for references from everyone so I can research and think if associations or meanings or w/e makes me dislike a name. I like the negative with an explanation. [name_m]Will[/name_m] have to look into the [name_m]Hannibal[/name_m] thing as I am not one for true crime/fiction crime/horror/thriller, the only ones I like are Resident Evil and Silent [name_m]Hill[/name_m] as DH introduced me to them, I was very jumpy when watching them.
[name_f]Ciel[/name_f] - I personally don’t think this is a usable name. as I speak multiple languages it feels a bit strange.
[name_f]Enya[/name_f] - Pretty, it had the Eastern European vibes like [name_f]Anastasia[/name_f], [name_f]Yulia[/name_f], etc… I would prefer [name_f]Anya[/name_f] though.

[name_f]Suvi[/name_f] - It feels like a nickname, a nice nickname for sure.
[name_f]Clotilda[/name_f] - Honestly, I really dislike the name because of the “clot” in the beginning. It also feels like an old lady name like [name_f]Olga[/name_f] and [name_f]Helga[/name_f]. But I like [name_f]Tilda[/name_f].
[name_f]Clarice[/name_f] - I don’t have any particular thoughts on this one. I simply think it’s nice.
[name_f]Niara[/name_f] - This one feels very exotic. Not something I personally would use, but it is very pretty.
[name_f]Renata[/name_f] - I can’t put my finger on what vibe I get from this name, but I love it.
