I recently posted a poll of first and middle pairings I needed a second opinion on. Thankfully, you all helped me so much in realizing what names I really loved and what names I’ve fallen out of love with! Since you have all been so incredibly helpful, I’d love to ask you for some more thoughts! If you’re wanting to share, I’d love to know if you prefer [name_m]William[/name_m] [name_m]Leo[/name_m] to [name_m]William[/name_m] [name_m]Grant[/name_m]! Out of all the names from the poll I’ve had the trickiest time pairing [name_m]William[/name_m] to a name as it fits with so many so well! I love [name_m]William[/name_m] [name_m]Grant[/name_m] but there is something about [name_m]William[/name_m] [name_m]Leo[/name_m] tearing at my heartstrings! TIA

Here are my thoughts on the list:
Sybil [name_f]Grace[/name_f]-I don’t mind [name_f]Sybil[/name_f]. It feels sleek & polished & smart. I like it more in theory than I like the actual sound, but it’s a nice classic name that’s not heard very often. I would much prefer the [name_f]Sibyl[/name_f] spelling though. It just feels more correct. [name_f]Grace[/name_f] is not my favorite mn. It just seems a little filler & a little bit ‘s’ sound heavy w/Sybil.
Tessa [name_f]Maeve[/name_f]-That’s lovely! [name_f]Tessa[/name_f] is smart & sweet & sporty & simple but not popular. And [name_f]Maeve[/name_f] is light & pretty & flows beautifully w/Tessa.
Valerie [name_f]Carys[/name_f]-I like [name_f]Valerie[/name_f]. It has a cheerful yet down to earth vibe. It’s another name that’s well known but not popular at all. [name_f]Carys[/name_f] is okay. This doesn’t have the best flow in my opinion, but it’s not bad.
William [name_m]Grant[/name_m]-I’m loving [name_m]William[/name_m] lately. It’s such a beautiful classic. [name_m]Grant[/name_m] is just okay, but this really is a good strong solid combo.
Nathan [name_m]Emrys[/name_m]-I’m not usually into [name_m]Emrys[/name_m], but this is a very handsome combo. [name_m]Nathan[/name_m] is a bit less used than [name_m]William[/name_m]. It’s strong & nice & classic & has the fun sporty nn of [name_m]Nate[/name_m].
Florence [name_u]Willow[/name_u]-That’s a pretty combo, but I’m not as into [name_f]Florence[/name_f] as everyone else seems to be. It feels a bit stuffy.

William [name_m]Leo[/name_m] is pretty cute! It’s kind of unexpected. A little quirky, which makes [name_m]William[/name_m] feels fresher.

I do prefer [name_m]William[/name_m] [name_m]Leo[/name_m]. [name_m]Leo[/name_m] adds something light and breezy to [name_m]William[/name_m]
