I’m surprised I don’t see this one more on Nameberry, what with the love for nature names, gemstone names, quirky word names, and dramatic boy names ending -ian.

I like it, it’s definitely cool with its strong, dark imagery. It would make an amazing surprising middle, but it also works brilliantly for you as a first. Nicknames [name_m]Obie[/name_m], [name_u]Odie[/name_u], [name_u]Sid[/name_u], [name_m]Ozzy[/name_m] feel right on trend too.
