Todd

What do you think of the name [name]Todd[/name]?

I like the disney connection. lol I like that it was once called a “surfer” name, though I don’t really see it that way. When i was in high school I knew of one [name]Todd[/name] and he was funny, a fair student, a basket ball player, and good at drawing. So that’s kind of what I imagine, just a well rounded boy, not really in a box. Any way, what do you think?

I think [name]Todd[/name] is so cute, I think of the [name]Fox[/name] and the Hound right away too. I don’t have the “surfer” association at all (I guess I’m too young), but I imagine it on a nice, quiet, well-rounded like you said, guy.

I’ve always liked [name]Todd[/name]. Grew up with an adorable boy named [name]Todd[/name].

I knew a couple [name]Todd[/name]'s growing up. It seems a little dated to me.

For me, it’s a name I like but don’t love. It feels like the average guy.

this name always gives me a creepy vibe. I think it may be because of a soap opera character who was an awful guy who was named [name]Todd[/name]. It also feels dated.

I like [name]Todd[/name]. I really have no personal connections to it other than my dad’s cousin, who doesn’t exactly do it justice. He’s a nice guy, just doesn’t really make the name terribly appealing to use on a baby. It does seem a bit dated, but I still like it–it reminds me of how I see [name]Scott[/name]–a bit dated, but I would still imagine a well-rounded, nice guy who’s probably a gentleman and is definitely kind.

I also sort of think of this [name]Todd[/name] I created for a story once–he was in college, a nice guy, kind, fairly attractive, and had this adorable, hopeless crush on my leading lady (who, of course, was hopelessly in love with someone else). I sort of felt bad for him, haha, but he was so sweet and such a great guy that I ended up really liking the name [name]Todd[/name] because of him.

Although I’ve always found it a bit odd that [name]Todd[/name] has the word “odd” in it–I’d be afraid that that would be a source of teasing, but maybe it really isn’t. I do think it’s pretty cute with Adelise’s name, though.

I like [name]Todd[/name] because it’s a way to get to the nn [name]Fox[/name]

I know a [name]Todd[/name] who is musical, intellectual and artistic. But I never felt like his name fit him. I feel like [name]Todd[/name] is kind of a nerdy name.

I like it. It gives off a dark vibe (to me), but that’s what I like about it. Probably because of [name]Sweeney[/name] [name]Todd[/name]. haha

It’s OK. It seems a bit dated to me.

[name]Todd[/name] seems dated to me and I’d be surprised to see it on a little boy. I don’t care for it.

Yes, it seems dated to me as well. Also a bit cutesy-tacky, like a downmarket [name]Brett[/name]. I don’t know…just not a fan.

[name]Todd[/name] feels like a lonely name to me! Possibly has something to do with the only [name]Todd[/name] I know being a very shy, lonesome sort of boy. And the phrase ‘on your tod’ doesn’t help. But the association with the [name]Fox[/name] and the Hound is adorable

I have an alcoholic, violent family member (in-law) named [name]Todd[/name], so my perception of tge name is tainted I guess.

It does feel dated, but could be appealing on a nice little boy. Simple and Masculine

I think it’s dated, but not in a bad way. [name]IMO[/name], not everything dated is bad. I think it’s handsome, sweet, and have a very appealing sound. I’d [name]LOVE[/name] to see it on a little boy. We actually considered it for a while.

I personally don’t like [name]Todd[/name] as I only know cats with the name.

I [name]LOVE[/name] this name. It’s short and sweet, great meaning, very classic.

I’ve never liked it! It seems like the quintessential smarmy spoiled white guy to me… the rich frat boy type.
