[name_f]Do[/name_f] you think [name_m]Harry[/name_m] is too boring next to siblings [name_f]Celia[/name_f], [name_f]Eulalie[/name_f], & [name_f]Beatrix[/name_f]? Also, would you think it’s a little odd for him to be the only one without a 3 syllable name?
I keep trying to find more playful names that are 3 syllables, and I’ve found some nice ones that work well with the sisters, but I keep coming back to [name_m]Harry[/name_m]. Current favourites for backups are [name_m]Phineas[/name_m] and [name_m]Atticus[/name_m].
I’ve wondered this too since we have a [name_f]Beatrix[/name_f] and our one of our top choices for a boy is [name_m]Harry[/name_m]. I don’t know, I think they go well together! Actually, I think [name_f]Eulalie[/name_f] doesn’t fit as well as [name_f]Celia[/name_f], [name_f]Beatrix[/name_f] and [name_m]Harry[/name_m] do. [name_m]Phineas[/name_m] would get my second vote.
I think it fits just fine, especially if you’re outside the UK, where [name_m]Harry[/name_m] is so perennially popular to feel a bit… expected (I wouldn’t say boring).
But [name_m]Phineas[/name_m]!! I love the light, quirky clunkiness of it — a perfect brother for [name_f]Eulalie[/name_f] especially. [name_u]Florian[/name_u] also feels like a great fit for the same reasons, or how do you feel about something like [name_m]Marius[/name_m], [name_m]Lucian[/name_m] or [name_m]Hugo[/name_m]?
@yuma & @katinka Thank you so much! [name_m]Marius[/name_m] and [name_u]Florian[/name_u] were wonderful suggestions and I think I’ve decided to go with [name_m]Marius[/name_m].
