No, I don’t think so. They both start with L and end in A, but they sound very different, I wouldn’t worry about it.
My two great aunts were [name]Lelia[/name] and Mininia and my friend’s husband and son are [name]Leo[/name] and [name]Theo[/name] which I always found that slightly tongue twisty so it might trip up a few people but for most of your life people aren’t addressing you with your siblings anyway so I don’t think it matters too much.
They sound different enough.
