It could work. And if you’re willing to nickname, [name_m]Will[/name_m] and [name_u]Cal[/name_u] sound cute together.
[name_m]Willam[/name_m] and [name_m]Callum[/name_m] are too close for my comfort level. Perhaps you can use one of them for a middle name choice.
I don’t think they are. They sort of share an end sound, but that’s not that big a deal to me. I think they sounds really nice together.
