Too confused to pick and husband gave up!

I’ve been driving my husband crazy so he has decided to solely leave the name to me!

Here are the names that I am considering:

[name]Camilla[/name]
[name]Corinne[/name]
[name]Brianna[/name]
[name]Brielle[/name]- his favorite, but i’m iffy
[name]Lauren[/name]
[name]Hannah[/name]

Our last name is [name]Rodriguez[/name] and our son is named [name]Dylan[/name].

Brutal honesty is what I’m after so don’t hold back your opinion!!

1 [name]Hannah[/name] [name]Brielle[/name] - to give your husband his fave!
2 [name]Corinne[/name]- “cor-in” is my favourite pronunciation!
3 [name]Camilla[/name] - I prefer Camille myself. The Camila spelling is very popular in the Hispanic community.

Wow, what an opportunity!

To me, the one standout on your list is [name]Camilla[/name]. The others, while attractive, are past their prime. I agree with [name]Mischa[/name] that using [name]Brielle[/name] as a middle name would be a nice nod to his generosity. [name]Camilla[/name] [name]Brielle[/name]: Beautiful!

What about [name]Gabrielle[/name], nn [name]Brielle[/name]?

Of your list, my favorite is [name]Camilla[/name], so to include both your faves, I’d go with [name]Camilla[/name] [name]Brielle[/name].

the middle name was going to be after his grandmothers ([name]Maria[/name] or [name]Marie[/name] depending on first name) but i’ll see what he thinks about [name]Brielle[/name] as the middle instead. Thank you all for narrowing the field!

Oddly enough he doesnt like the name [name]Gabrielle[/name]. If he did it would have made the name game a lot easier!

One of my friends just named her daughter [name]Corinne[/name] [name]Brielle[/name]!

[name]Camilla[/name] - Beautiful and graceful.
[name]Corinne[/name] - A solid choice. There will be spelling issues, though.
[name]Brianna[/name] - A bit dated.
[name]Brielle[/name] - Ugh. A made-up, trendy name that sounds like a cleaning product.
[name]Lauren[/name] - Also a solid choice, though quite popular.
[name]Hannah[/name] - A sweet-sounding name that is also a palindrome!

My favorites are [name]Camilla[/name] and [name]Hannah[/name].

I like [name]Corrine[/name] best from your list. And next [name]Brianna[/name].

[name]Camilla[/name] is too out there for my style and next to [name]Dylan[/name] imo. [name]Hannah[/name] and lauren to plain.

Not a fan of [name]Brielle[/name].

Your hubby should not give up though :frowning: it is a name he will be hearing and saying for the rest of his life!

I agree with some of the others that [name]Hannah[/name] and [name]Camilla[/name] are my favorites. I think [name]Hannah[/name] would especially be adorable as a little sister to [name]Dylan[/name], but I think [name]Dylan[/name] and [name]Camilla[/name] are very sweet together, too. I was also going to suggest [name]Gabrielle[/name], but if that’s out… I think [name]Brielle[/name] as a MN would be a nice nod to him since he’s given you the ultimate choice. [name]Brielle[/name] does make a nice MN, too!

[name]Hannah[/name] [name]Maria[/name] would be my top choice, followed by [name]Camilla[/name] [name]Marie[/name], I think. I would love to see [name]Hannah[/name] [name]Camille[/name]… but if you’re using a family name for the middle, I can see why you wouldn’t use it. I think [name]Hannah[/name] [name]Camilla[/name] [name]Marie[/name] or something would be adorable, as well.

I like [name]Corinne[/name] the most from your list.

I like [name]Camilla[/name]. I think [name]Camilla[/name] [name]Marie[/name] [name]Brielle[/name] would be nice, if you are OK with 2 MNs. [name]Camilla[/name] and [name]Dylan[/name] are a wonderful sibset!

I love [name]Corinne[/name] and I like [name]Camilla[/name]. The rest aren’t really for me. I seriously considered [name]Corinne[/name] for my daughter but I was worried she would always have to specify if she was a Kuh-rinn, [name]Kore[/name]-een or [name]Kore[/name]-rinn (I would have meant for her to be the first) so maybe [name]Camilla[/name] is the better choice?

[name]Camilla[/name] - I like this.
[name]Corinne[/name] - I like this name, but have a friend names this and she ALWAYS had people saying it worng and goes by [name]Cory[/name] now. She hated having her name called out in class growing up, because they couldnt’ say it right.
[name]Brianna[/name] - I really like this name.
[name]Brielle[/name]- his favorite, but i’m iffy - I like [name]Brianna[/name] much better. There are a lot of elle names now a days too.
[name]Lauren[/name] - I find this too common and to me it’s boring/plain compared to the other names.
[name]Hannah[/name] - I like this, common but not plain to me.

So my choices would be [name]Camilla[/name], [name]Brianna[/name], and [name]Hannah[/name]. I like [name]Brianna[/name] best. Your husband might care a lot more when you have the choices narrowed down. If he likes [name]Brielle[/name] best, he may not like [name]Brianna[/name] as a substitution and may prefer a totally different name instead.

[name]Don[/name]'t lose heart! You have some great choices. I like the previous suggestion of two middle names so that you can use [name]Marie[/name]/[name]Maria[/name] and another favorite name.

My favorite first name choices for you are: [name]Corinne[/name], [name]Hannah[/name], and [name]Brianna[/name]. I love [name]Camilla[/name] (perhaps the best), but I’m not certain how you are pronouncing it - with a MILL sound or a MEEL sound in the middle. If it is a MILL sound, I think it rhymes too much with [name]Dylan[/name] for my taste.

Good luck!

I’m afraid of the pronunciation as well. We live in the south and I’d hate for her name to be continuously butchered…That’s why I have my safer options. Some people have a hard enough time pronouncing our last name!

[name]Camilla[/name] [name]Brielle[/name]!

Edited for privacy.

Definitely [name]Camilla[/name]!

i cant stand corinne; but the rest are all very nice. i guess [name]Lauren[/name], [name]Hannah[/name] and [name]Cammilla[/name] are my faves with Rodrigez for the LN
