What do you think of sibling names [name_f]Josephine[/name_f] and [name_f]Priscilla[/name_f]? [name_f]Do[/name_f] they sound more like old bridge club friends than young sisters?
My grandmother and aunt are blessed with those names. My aunt has never used her first name and she hates it. I love [name_f]Josephine[/name_f] and I believe my [name_m]Gram[/name_m] has always liked it.
I’d opt for [name_f]Josefina[/name_f] or [name_f]Seraphine[/name_f], and something less prissy than [name_f]Priscilla[/name_f].
[name_f]Josephine[/name_f] is a lovely name and so is [name_f]Priscilla[/name_f]. My friend named her daughter [name_f]Priscilla[/name_f] but everyone calls her [name_f]Cilla[/name_f] for short so it feels younger if that helps
Not at all - I love both of those names! They would absolutely work as young sisters. I would swoon if I met sisters named [name_f]Josephine[/name_f] and [name_f]Priscilla[/name_f]. They remind me of sisters I know called [name_f]Harriet[/name_f] and [name_f]Prudence[/name_f] - lovely old names re-worn on young girls! [name_f]Love[/name_f] it
I think both of these would fall into the “vintage classic” category – which is back in a big way. I think you would be surprised to find how timely sisters [name_f]Josephine[/name_f] and [name_f]Priscilla[/name_f] would be right now!
[name_f]Love[/name_f] them! They’d be adorable little girls and elegant adults.
Agreed!
[name_f]Josephine[/name_f] and [name_f]Priscilla[/name_f] are cool because they’re old in a fashionable way.
