Hello!
We’re struggling to find a name we both agree on. We do however both like the name [name_f]Chloe[/name_f]. Our surname is [name_u]Curtis[/name_u]. Is [name_f]Chloe[/name_f] [name_u]Curtis[/name_u] too much of a mouthful with the double C or does it work?
Thank you!
[name_f]Chloe[/name_f] [name_u]Curtis[/name_u] works fine - I think the fact they only share the beginning sound helps! Plus, this actually gives you the nickname option of [name_f]Cece[/name_f], if you ever want it
Definitely not too much! I love the superhero vibe of the alliteration.
You can always go with a soft C name if not, like [name_f]Cecily[/name_f] or [name_f]Celia[/name_f].
Other C names to consider with a romantic, soft, modern and/or strong vibe:
[name_f]Cleo[/name_f]
[name_u]Cali[/name_u]
[name_f]Camila[/name_f]/[name_f]Camille[/name_f]/[name_f]Camilla[/name_f]
[name_f]Cara[/name_f]/[name_f]Caroline[/name_f]/[name_f]Cora[/name_f]/[name_f]Clara[/name_f]/[name_f]Claire[/name_f]/[name_u]Clare[/name_u]
[name_f]Charlotte[/name_f]/[name_u]Charlie[/name_u]
[name_f]Christine[/name_f]
I echo the other users - no too much. It helps that both are familiar names, so people don’t have to pay attention to the sounds as much.
Sounds great! Like a superhero even.
I agree with the other posters, [name_f]Chloe[/name_f] [name_u]Curtis[/name_u] works just fine! As long as you don’t use a C/K middle name, I don’t think it’s bad at all.
