When I fell for [name]Adele[/name] [name]Georgiana[/name] [name]Pearl[/name], I had thought that [name]Adele[/name] [name]Georgiana[/name] seemed familiar, but I didn’t know why… and then I remembered–[name]Molly[/name] Ringwald has a daughter with that name! I never wanted to use a combo that a celeb used, but I really love [name]Adele[/name] [name]Georgiana[/name]. [name]Pearl[/name] would be to honor my sister. WDYT? [name]Deal[/name]-breaker? Or no? Maybe you could switch it around? I know it’s silly but I was really bummed when [name]Angelina[/name] [name]Jolie[/name] used [name]Vivienne[/name] [name]Marcheline[/name] since [name]Vivienne[/name] [name]Marceline[/name] is a name I have wanted to use since I got married because it honors family and I love it but the name is so close that I felt like it would be copying as far as others were concerned. So I feel your pain
I agree w/ [name]Sara[/name] - by the time the baby arrives, I don’t think anyone will recognize the name. (I didn’t know either…)
If anyone bugs you about it, just say “Yeah, she copied me! I’ve had that name for ages!”

LOL, agree! I didn’t even know [name]Molly[/name] Ringwald had a baby. I don’t google my friends baby’s names so unless your friends do, I think you’re safe.
ha! I don’t even know who she is, lol, I just remember seeing a name announcement that she’d had twins several years ago, and they were [name]Adele[/name] [name]Georgiana[/name] and [name]Roman[/name] something-or-other. They’re probably close to being five by now.
Thanks for all your feedback, everyone! I think I’ll keep this combo in the back of my head for a while. I love it but I’ve found so many new loves recently and I obviously can’t put them all on my top 10! I don’t love this one quite as much as some of the other choices, but I’ll keep it in mind if it ever grows on me more.
I agree with the others, the celebrity baby connection isn’t an issue. I very highly doubt there are many people who know the full name of [name]Molly[/name] Ringwald’s daughter.
On the other hand, you don’t know who [name]Molly[/name] Ringwald is?? I’m sixteen and have a Breakfast Club movie poster framed in my room, lol. She was also in Sixteen Candles, Pretty in [name]Pink[/name], and a few others. [name]Major[/name] member of the Brat Pack.
lol, no, I was kind of sheltered as a kid, haha. The only thing I really watched until I was about 10 years old was Bugs [name]Bunny[/name], The Sound of [name]Music[/name], Disney princess movies, and [name]George[/name] of the Jungle. haha. I watch other things now but I’m not a big movie person. I maybe watch 10 movies a year, half of which I’ve seen already, so I haven’t really seen the older type-stuff, lol.
Since [name]Molly[/name] Ringwald’s not constantly thrown in our faces like [name]Brad[/name] and [name]Angelina[/name], I don’t think anyone but you would know about [name]Molly[/name]'s daughter. If you love it, use it.
Maybe I’m completely out of the loop, but I would have never read that name and thought “[name]Molly[/name] Ringwald”. At most, I would have associated [name]Adele[/name] with the singer, but I’ve known many [name]Adele[/name]'s in my life and wouldn’t think “celeb-baby” at all. I love [name]Pearl[/name] with that combination as well.
My daughter is going on three and her first name is [name]Gretchen[/name]. When I had her, I had two people mention the country singer [name]Gretchen[/name] [name]Wilson[/name] (who I hadn’t even thought of) but no one else has brought it up. I think people make different associations with names and many won’t think a thing of it after meeting your [name]Adele[/name] [name]Georgiana[/name].
