I think it’s a charming name, I like it used best with [name_m]Luke[/name_m]. Fenwick [name_m]Luke[/name_m] is an adorable name!
I think it’s nice it reminds me a litte of [name_m]Finnick[/name_m]. But I have to say I much prefer Fenwick. Personally, I like a longer name combination with Fenwick such as Fenwick [name_m]Alexander[/name_m].
I like it though I wouldn’t use it with [name_m]Luke[/name_m] as they have the same ending - I have to be honest I’ve been thinking about Fen for a bit now I think its lovely.
I prefer [name_m]Fenton[/name_m] over Fenwick.
I opened this thread assuming I would hate the name ,but I surprisingly like it!
I agree with Susannalily I think Fenwick sounds better with a longer middle name like [name_m]Alexander[/name_m].
From your list I like Fenwick [name_u]James[/name_u].
I like it a lot!
As the mother of a fairly “out there”-named daughter, I say go for it! Fenwick is not my style, but I do love the nn Fen - a nice twist on the uber-popular [name_u]Finn[/name_u] and a cool nature name. I personally prefer Fenwick to [name_m]Fenton[/name_m] - too many -ton/-son endings around at the moment imo.
Fenwick [name_u]James[/name_u] is nice, as is Fenwick [name_m]Alexander[/name_m]. I think you have the right idea pairing it with a more traditional middle, otherwise it might be overkill.
Other suggestions:
Fenwick [name_m]George[/name_m]
Fenwick [name_m]Anthony[/name_m]
Fenwick [name_m]Charles[/name_m]
Fenwick [name_u]Dylan[/name_u]
Fenwick [name_m]Hugh[/name_m]
I like [name_m]Finnick[/name_m] better.
