Too similar for a sibset?

[name_m]Hi[/name_m]! I was thinking about whether [name_f]Clarisse[/name_f] and [name_f]Camille[/name_f] sound too alike for a sibset. Thoughts?

I don’t think they’re too similar.

Personally I wouldn’t use both as I think they’re a little similar.
But - if you’re not always using full names, I think that you can get some very different sounding nicknames - and in that case I think it’s fine.

What about [name_f]Camille[/name_f] with [name_f]Clarissa[/name_f]?
Or [name_f]Clarisse[/name_f] with [name_f]Camilla[/name_f]?
^^ Would give one name an extra syllable and change the ‘a’ sound at the beginning - gives them a little extra differentiation.

I think they’re fine!

I think they might be; it would depend on whether or not you would always call both their full names, and their middle names.

I do think both are lovely, though I prefer the [name_f]Clarice[/name_f] spelling of [name_f]Clarisse[/name_f].

I totally agree. With an extra syllable on one, they cease to be too matchy.
