I don’t think it’s too similar! Since [name_f]Celeste[/name_f] emphasizes the second syllable, the Cel doesn’t really stand out. [name_u]Del[/name_u] and [name_f]Cece[/name_f] is so cute!
They are a perfect match stylistically, and I agree with all the previous posters that the different syllable stress makes a huge difference!

I think I would suggest just going with it, on paper they look cute like there’s that slight similarity but they’re quite different names and you sound like you like [name_f]Celeste[/name_f], it may just be perfect for you
