Too sing-song-y?

[name]Hi[/name] all,

DH and I really love the name [name]Sullivan[/name] (it’s the only boy’s name that we’ve both really felt strongly about), but our last name is Donaldson. I know it’s a little sing-song-y since they both end in -n and are 3 syllables, but I’m hoping it’s not too sing-song-y or rhyme-y. We’re thinking either [name]Clifford[/name] or [name]Matthew[/name] for the mn. What do you all think? I really appreciate your opinions. [name]TIA[/name]

[name]Hi[/name], that does sound a little sing songy to be honest, but I do like the name [name]Sullivan[/name]. You could call him [name]Sully[/name] for short

I think [name]Sullivan[/name] Donaldson would be just fine! Between those 2 middle names I would pick [name]Matthew[/name]. [name]Sullivan[/name] [name]Matthew[/name] Donaldson is pretty long but it flows good together.

I don’t think it sounds bad in the least, and you should totally go for it since you and hubby both love it so much! I put my middle name vote in for [name]Matthew[/name].
