Out of your girl names, I think only [name_u]Starling[/name_u], Tjoretta, & maybe [name_f]Begonia[/name_f] are really usable. All the boys names are completely fine, though! I especially love [name_m]Wolfgang[/name_m] and [name_u]Rio[/name_u]!
Tjoretta - Not sure how to pronounce it also looks like Trojan for some reason
Moonstone - cool in theory but I donāt know that I would name a person this. maybe as a middle!
[name_u]Starling[/name_u] - This is cute, like [name_u]Sterling[/name_u] but less āofficialā sounding. Itās a little cutesy for my taste as a FN (too closs to darling) but for a MN itās cool
[name_f]Bunny[/name_f] - too nicknamey to use as a name but a very cute NN
[name_f]Cinnamon[/name_f] - I am not a fan of this, sounds like a stage name. Cina is nice though
[name_f]Begonia[/name_f] - Perfectly usable but something about it is not attractive to look at for me, I think it;s the āBEGā but idk
[name_f]Magenta[/name_f] - very cute, very usable, very unique.
[name_f]Frostine[/name_f] - i dont like this one
[name_f]Strawberry[/name_f] - [name_u]Berry[/name_u] is fine, strawberry feels like another stage name
[name_u]Snapdragon[/name_u] - not a fan
[name_m]Wolfgang[/name_m] - old school, and i dig it. Heās gotta have the right attitude to pull it off for sure
[name_u]Rio[/name_u] - short and sweet, usable, recognizable and still unique
Becken - [name_u]Beck[/name_u] is fine but adding the -en feel unnecessary
[name_u]Harry[/name_u] - PERFECTION
[name_m]Tage[/name_m] - not a fan
The boys names are all totally usable to me. Out of the girls names, I think the most usable ones Iām seeing are [name_u]Starling[/name_u], [name_f]Magenta[/name_f], [name_f]Frostine[/name_f] (though itās very [name_f]Candy[/name_f] [name_u]Land[/name_u] to me!) and [name_f]Bunny[/name_f] (though I do prefer it as a nickname). I also could honestly easily develop a soft spot for Tjoretta.
I adore moonstone, starling, tjoretta, rio and harry off of your list.
my thoughts
tjoretta - 8/10 - Iāve never heard of this before! tj and etta would be adorable nicknames.
moonstone - 7/10 - I would stick this in the middle spot. tjoretta moonstone would be gorgeous!
starling - 10/10 - starling is beautiful, though I would pair it with a simpler name.
bunny - 3/10 - I like the idea but I would stick to this as a guilty pleasure. what about fawn, birdie or lark?
cinnamon - 5/10 - it sounds pretty but I would stick to it as a middle name paired with something a bit more grounded. what about ava cinnamon or chloe cinnamon?
begonia - 7/10 - beautiful name! though I would keep this as a middle.
magenta - 5/10 - lovely name, but I would keep this as a gp.
frostine - 7/10 - pretty name, just not my style. what do you think about frostine magenta or bella frostine?
strawberry - 6/10 - itās a beautiful name but unfortunately a gp for me.
snapdragon - 7/10 - I like the sound of it but itās unusable for me.
wolfgang - 8/10 - I would stick to this as a middle.
rio - 9/10 - lovely name!
becken - 7/10 - this is a nice name but it reminds me too much of the word ābeckonā. what do you think about beckett, beck or bea?
harry - 10/10 - I adore harry! harry wolfgang would be lovely.
tage - 6/10 - itās a nice name, just not my style.

With the exception of [name_u]Starling[/name_u] and [name_f]Magenta[/name_f] (and maybe Begonia) I think the girls names would be better reserved for the middle spot. I do love Moonstone and [name_u]Snapdragon[/name_u] as fun middles.
I think all of the boys names, as well as [name_u]Starling[/name_u] & [name_f]Magenta[/name_f] (I know a [name_f]Magenta[/name_f] in her 30ās - it works), are completely usable. The others I think may be a little too cutesy. Some of them (Bunny, Cinnamon) I think could work as sweet little mother-daughter petnames though.
Girls - the only one I donāt think is weird is [name_u]Starling[/name_u]. The rest I think are a bit too outlandish, especially [name_f]Bunny[/name_f] and [name_f]Strawberry[/name_f]
Boys - here I think all are technically usable, I like [name_m]Wolfgang[/name_m], [name_u]Rio[/name_u] and [name_u]Harry[/name_u]
Your boys name seem fine but your girls names are a little bit too out-there for me; names that I think a person should probably rename themselves if they love them so much rather than give them to their children. [name_f]Begonia[/name_f] and [name_u]Starling[/name_u] are the the only ones that I wouldnāt advise against; [name_f]Magenta[/name_f] reminds me too much of the printer colour but apart from that itās also quite tame!
(Though the middle name spot could be a good compromise).
I think al of the boy names are perfectly usable
For girls:
Usable: [name_u]Starling[/name_u], [name_f]Magenta[/name_f], [name_f]Frostine[/name_f]
On the [name_f]Line[/name_f]: [name_f]Bunny[/name_f], [name_f]Begonia[/name_f], Tjoretta
A little too out there (for me): [name_f]Cinnamon[/name_f], [name_f]Strawberry[/name_f], [name_u]Snapdragon[/name_u], Moonstone
