[name_m]Atticus[/name_m] [name_m]Christopher[/name_m] “[name_u]Kit[/name_u]” would be utterly handsome! I think [name_u]Kit[/name_u] is a gorgeous and perfectly intuitive nickname for both of these names, too.
[name_m]Christopher[/name_m] lost me with nn [name_u]Kit[/name_u]. I used to love [name_u]Elliott[/name_u] until it became the new gender neutral name. For me [name_m]Atticus[/name_m], [name_m]Oliver[/name_m] and [name_m]Alistair[/name_m] are the front runners with [name_u]Henry[/name_u] close behind!
You have a fab set here, can see why you’re unsure about which to prioritise. Some assorted thoughts (take or leave :)):
I love Christopher nn Kit - and it also means you can change to Christo or Topher if Kit doesn’t stick (I personally love Kit but met a very cool Christo teenager once!),
As shown in the results, August is very popular. I really like it but would probably only use as a middle - I don’t love Auggie or Gus for such an “august” name. I like August better than Shepherd but might be more inclined to use Shepherd for a first because Shep is a cool nn to me.
How about Alasdair instead of Alistair? It’s the original Gaelic version and I think it has more heft and is more handsome. It also means people are more like pronounce it rather than Ali-sta.
Henry is a great name and goes with so many middles and last names. It’s just a little too popular now for me - but being popular might not be a concern for you? Same applies to Oliver (which I probably prefer even to Henry.)
Finally, my nephew is called Atticus - it’s a super name, and I like the idea of Kit being a nn - because otherwise it’s Atty or Tick etc. My nephew gets his full name but some of his uncles call him Tick or TickTick or TikTok (not ideal ;)).
[name_m]Christopher[/name_m] “Kit”, [name_u]August[/name_u], & [name_m]Atticus[/name_m] are my faves - absolutely love the nickname [name_u]Kit[/name_u] in particular!
Using yours, [name_m]Alistair[/name_m] [name_m]Shepherd[/name_m], [name_m]Shepherd[/name_m] [name_u]Henry[/name_u], [name_m]Atticus[/name_m] [name_u]Noah[/name_u], [name_u]August[/name_u] [name_m]Christopher[/name_m] and [name_u]Elliott[/name_u] [name_m]Shepherd[/name_m] would be my favourites!!
Making suggestions (based on these and thinking back to your girls’ middles):
[name_u]August[/name_u] [name_u]Wylde[/name_u] or [name_u]August[/name_u] [name_m]Nash[/name_m]
[name_m]Alistair[/name_m] [name_u]Rory[/name_u] or [name_m]Alistair[/name_m] [name_u]Brighton[/name_u]
[name_m]Christopher[/name_m] [name_u]Mack[/name_u] or [name_m]Christopher[/name_m] [name_u]Lennox[/name_u]
[name_u]Henry[/name_u] [name_u]Forest[/name_u] or [name_u]Henry[/name_u] [name_u]Paxton[/name_u]
[name_m]Atticus[/name_m] [name_u]Brody[/name_u] or [name_m]Atticus[/name_m] [name_u]Flynn[/name_u]
[name_m]Shepherd[/name_m] [name_m]Lorcan[/name_m] or [name_m]Shepherd[/name_m] [name_m]Rafferty[/name_m]
[name_u]Elliott[/name_u] [name_u]Jem[/name_u] or [name_u]Elliott[/name_u] [name_u]Winslow[/name_u]
[name_m]Oliver[/name_m] [name_u]Keats[/name_u] or [name_m]Oliver[/name_m] [name_u]Kairo[/name_u]
[name_u]Noah[/name_u] [name_m]Zebulon[/name_m] or [name_u]Noah[/name_u] [name_u]Jett[/name_u]
[name_u]Carter[/name_u] [name_u]Bryn[/name_u] or [name_u]Carter[/name_u] [name_m]Lachlan[/name_m]
Biased my husband is a [name_m]Christopher[/name_m] ‘Kit’ and it suits him so much!
I voted for him plus [name_u]August[/name_u] and [name_u]Henry[/name_u], but I also love [name_m]Alistair[/name_m] and [name_m]Atticus[/name_m].
