[name_m]Hi[/name_m] there.

This is hard!

Here are my thoughts on each:

[name_f]Opal[/name_f] Rosalind-Honestly, [name_f]Opal[/name_f] is not my favorite name. I want to like it. It’s warm & vintage & unique but simple & nature-y. That all being said, it’s perfect with your crew. And if you love it, it’s a really nice choice. Plus, [name_f]Opal[/name_f] [name_f]Rosalind[/name_f] flows charmingly.

[name_f]Cordelia[/name_f] Rosalind-I do like [name_f]Cordelia[/name_f] more than [name_f]Opal[/name_f] personally. It’s pretty & romantic & has cute nns of [name_f]Cora[/name_f] & [name_f]Delia[/name_f]. It’s a little bit more popular than [name_f]Opal[/name_f] (especially Cora) & maybe a touch dramatic with your kids’ more easy going vibe names. [name_f]Cordelia[/name_f] [name_f]Rosalind[/name_f] doesn’t sound as nice as [name_f]Opal[/name_f] [name_f]Rosalind[/name_f] either.

In conclusion, I slightly prefer [name_f]Cordelia[/name_f]. But if you love them both equally, I like [name_f]Opal[/name_f] for you. [name_f]Hope[/name_f] this helps.

Both are so gorgeous. I think I slightly prefer [name_f]Opal[/name_f] though, in general, and in your set! Completely beautiful.

[name_f]Opal[/name_f] [name_f]Rosalind[/name_f] is perfection! It feels warm, bright, and full of personality (but adaptable and easy to wear). I love the subtly repeating sounds between the two names and think they flow really well as a combo. I also think the whole name fits beautifully with the sibling names.

Both are lovely, but looking for a reason to choose,I like [name_f]Cordelia[/name_f] with her siblings, because then you have two shorter and two longer names in the sibset and it feels balanced.

I like both & they both work well with siblings names. I’m leaning towards [name_f]Opal[/name_f] [name_f]Rosalind[/name_f] as my favourite though. That’s just beautiful.

This is soooo tricky!

Firstly your children’s are perfection :white_heart:

I love [name_f]Cordelia[/name_f] she’s so dreamy and romantic with gorgeous Shakespearean references and a wonderful connection to the sea through her meaning ‘daughter of the sea’. I love [name_f]Cordelia[/name_f] with [name_f]Rosalind[/name_f] honestly this overall name is a name I would dream about getting my partner to agree to using.

However [name_f]Opal[/name_f] [name_f]Rosalind[/name_f] with your kiddos names just feels like the shining star out of the two. She’s definitely grabbing my attention shining brightly begging to be used! [name_f]Opal[/name_f] is a gorgeous gemstone name and has that literal connection to nature/colours etc like [name_u]Fox[/name_u], [name_f]Marigold[/name_f] & [name_f]Sylvie[/name_f] do (the colour silver/Forest) so ties in nicely with her siblings. She’s just a lovely majestic name that sounds perfect with [name_f]Rosalind[/name_f]. [name_u]Fox[/name_u], [name_f]Marigold[/name_f], [name_f]Sylvie[/name_f] & [name_f]Opal[/name_f] are wonderful together.

In at nutshell both are amazing but my favourite is [name_f]Opal[/name_f] [name_f]Rosalind[/name_f] :crystal_ball:

Good luck

They are both lovelier than lovely!

[name_f]Opal[/name_f] [name_f]Rosalind[/name_f]
or
[name_f]Cordelia[/name_f] [name_f]Rosamund[/name_f]

So with [name_f]Rosalind[/name_f] I like [name_f]Opal[/name_f] better.

We named our unborn daughter [name_f]Cordelia[/name_f] and did not have to worry about people calling her [name_u]Cory[/name_u] or [name_f]Cordy[/name_f]. How do you feel about those nns? We hated them.

I LOVE Cordelia!! I think it lends itself more nickname options and that’s why I [name_u]Love[/name_u] it so much .

[name_f]Opal[/name_f] really fits your other kids names and feels very Earthy / Boho when paired with [name_u]Fox[/name_u] , [name_f]Marigold[/name_f] & [name_f]Sylvie[/name_f]

When it comes to flow I think [name_f]Opal[/name_f] [name_f]Rosalind[/name_f] edges [name_f]Cordelia[/name_f] so [name_f]Opal[/name_f] ultimately gets my vote

I prefer [name_f]Cordelia[/name_f] [name_f]Rosalind[/name_f]. [name_f]Opal[/name_f] [name_f]Rosalind[/name_f] is nice, and fine name, I just feel [name_f]Cordelia[/name_f] [name_f]Rosalind[/name_f] to be better choice. [name_f]Opal[/name_f] combo also sounds kind of cartoonish, but if I met person named [name_f]Opal[/name_f] [name_f]Rosalind[/name_f], I wouldn’t bat an eye.

We actually chose [name_f]Cordelia[/name_f] as a nod to a close friend of mine who passed a couple years ago. His name was [name_u]Cory[/name_u]. With that in mind, I think of [name_u]Cory[/name_u] as a nickname with fondness. But I don’t particularly care for any of the nicknames for [name_f]Cordelia[/name_f], and especially worry about [name_f]Cora[/name_f] with its popularity. It’s a name I don’t really want shortened!
