I think we’re down to 3 names with just under 3 months to go!
[name]Elliot[/name]- on most days i think this is my favorite, my only concern is it’s rising use for girls in the us
[name]Oliver[/name]- too popular or trendy? (we’re in the us, so the issue of this name being #1 in the uk isn’t a concern)
[name]Theodore[/name]- love all of the nickname options for this one
Any suggestions for a middle name that begins with an A?
I like them all a lot! I think [name]Elliot[/name] would be my favorite, as well. It is growing in popularity on girls, but I just don’t understand it. I think a lot of people don’t really understand the appeal of [name]Elliot[/name] on a girl, either.
What about:
[name]Elliot[/name] [name]Andrew[/name]
[name]Elliot[/name] [name]Alban[/name]
[name]Elliot[/name] [name]August[/name]
[name]Elliot[/name] [name]Aurelian[/name]
[name]Elliot[/name] [name]Aaron[/name]
[name]Elliot[/name] [name]Adam[/name]
[name]Elliot[/name] [name]Asher[/name]
[name]Elliot[/name] [name]Ashton[/name]
[name]Elliot[/name] [name]Ashby[/name] (I always thought this sounded cool!)
[name]Avery[/name] was one of my first thoughts, but [name]Elliot[/name] [name]Avery[/name] would be pushing the whole unisex thing.
I love them all but [name]Elliot[/name] is by far my favorite! I think [name]Elliot[/name] is predominantly a boy’s name. It is not even ranked for girls. I think it will always be a boys name. I don’t see a time in the future where most people will hear the name [name]Elliot[/name] and wonder what gender. [name]Elliot[/name] [name]Asher[/name] was my first thought for a combo. I also think [name]Elliot[/name] [name]Anderson[/name] and [name]Elliot[/name] [name]Arthur[/name] would be nice too
[name]Elliot[/name]
But, if [name]Elliot[/name] is your favorite, go for it! I love all 3, and [name]Theodore[/name] and [name]Elliot[/name] may sneak onto my boy’s list as middles…
1- [name]Elliot[/name] - also my favorite on your list. In my opinion this will always be a boys name.
2- [name]Theodore[/name] - I love [name]Theodore[/name] and is a very close second. [name]Theo[/name] is one of my all time faves
3- [name]Oliver[/name] - meh, its ok. I definitely see this climbing up the charts in the US as well.
Like all three names but I would vote for [name]Theodore[/name]. The nicknames are awesome…and [name]Oliver[/name] is too popular …and I know a girl named [name]Elliot[/name]…
I love [name]Theodore[/name]. It is so cute with its nn’s for a little boy but is also great and serious for a grown man too.
I think [name]Arthur[/name] is fab for a middle name
WOW! Get out of my head. We have an [name]Oliver[/name] and are considering [name]Elliot[/name] for our third child! [name]Theodore[/name] is also on my short list. When we named our [name]Oliver[/name], I had never met a child named [name]Oliver[/name] and I had no idea it would be so popular. That being said, I think many of the older style names like these fall into this category. You’ll come across more of them in your child’s generation, but they’re still great, non-made-up names! It’s hard to go wrong here. Obviously, I’ll advocate for 1. [name]Oliver[/name] 2. [name]Elliot[/name] 3. [name]Theodore[/name]. [name]Arthur[/name] is a fantastic mn choice. Also, [name]Alistair[/name], [name]August[/name], or [name]Alden[/name]? Good luck!
