OK, I’m just not able to narrow my list down any more! I need help! Here are the top three names for our second girl:
[name]Iris[/name] [name]Victoria[/name] (both of DHs grandmothers were [name]Victoria[/name], so I think it would be great to use as a mn, although DH is less excited about it)
[name]Helena[/name] (he-[name]LAY[/name]-na)
[name]Sonia[/name]
Also need mn ideas for [name]Helena[/name] and [name]Sonia[/name]…I don’t love [name]Victoria[/name] with either of these, too much “a” ending, although it could be a possibility with [name]Helena[/name]. Some ideas that have been thrown around are [name]Lark[/name], [name]Avery[/name], [name]Iris[/name]. Turns out a lot of my favorite names end in a, so I’m having trouble coming up with combos. Big sister is [name]Elsa[/name] [name]Madeline[/name], and our last name starts with B, is four syllables, and ends in “er”, so B names, “er” endings and super long names are out. Thanks for your ideas!!
[name]Helena[/name] is my absolute favourite. It’s so classy and pretty. I also think [name]Helena[/name] [name]Victoria[/name] is lovely, but if you’re not feeling it how about something like [name]Helena[/name] [name]Wren[/name] or [name]Helena[/name] [name]Ruby[/name]?
[name]Helena[/name] is my favorite, so classic and beautiful! [name]Helena[/name] [name]Victoria[/name] is pretty, but I also like the pp suggestion of [name]Helena[/name] [name]Wren[/name]. [name]Helena[/name] [name]Lark[/name] and [name]Helena[/name] [name]Iris[/name] are both very pretty.
I like [name]Iris[/name] [name]Victoria[/name] best from your list and think [name]Elsa[/name] and [name]Iris[/name] make a lovely sibset. Here are some other possibilities though:
Ooh, I like [name]Sonia[/name]. Very underused. [name]Just[/name] a thought - I have a friend named Senia (rhymes with [name]Kenya[/name]). Wanted to throw that out there as an alternative! I think the original version was Senja and she is named after a family member (if I’m remembering it all correctly). The other two names are NMS but I like [name]Iris[/name] more than [name]Helena[/name].
I really like [name]Sonia[/name] [name]Wren[/name] and [name]Sonia[/name] [name]Lark[/name]. [name]Helena[/name] [name]Lark[/name] is my next choice Good luck!
[name]Iris[/name] [name]Victoria[/name] is absolutely breathtaking!
[name]Helena[/name] [name]Lark[/name] is stunning! I have to agree with whit and say that [name]Sonia[/name] [name]Wren[/name] is very sweet. I also agree with indianruby and dantea in saying that [name]Helena[/name] [name]Victoria[/name] is lovely.
I also like [name]Sonia[/name] [name]Imogen[/name], [name]Helena[/name] [name]Ruby[/name], [name]Helena[/name] [name]Ivy[/name], [name]Helena[/name] [name]Wren[/name], [name]Iris[/name] [name]Margaret[/name], [name]Iris[/name] [name]Lillian[/name], [name]Helena[/name] [name]Maud[/name], [name]Helena[/name] [name]Beatrix[/name], [name]Helena[/name] [name]Clementine[/name], [name]Sonia[/name] [name]Camille[/name] and [name]Sonia[/name] [name]Jean[/name].
I would suggest some others, but my brain isn’t working today, sorry. Good luck!
I like [name]Iris[/name] [name]Victoria[/name] best. Have you considered [name]Victorine[/name] as a middle with the other two choices? It’s the french variation of [name]Victoria[/name] so you could still honor both mothers without the clunkiness of the double a ending of both names.
My favorite of the three first names is [name]Helena[/name]. I am not in favor as [name]Lark[/name] as a middle name because it makes the combo “L” heavy. I like [name]Helena[/name] with a classic middle like…
[name]Helena[/name] [name]Kate[/name]
[name]Helena[/name] [name]Beatrice[/name]
[name]Helena[/name] [name]Sophie[/name]
[name]Helena[/name] [name]Julianne[/name]
[name]Helena[/name] [name]Margot[/name]
