I actually really like all of your options.
My favorites are [name]Fiona[/name] and [name]Oliver[/name], with a close 2nd to [name]Tessa[/name] and [name]Liam[/name].
But I really don’t think you can go wrong with any of them.
I like all of these names. I love [name]Fiona[/name] with [name]Gavin[/name] and [name]Fiona[/name] [name]Lynn[/name] [name]Wright[/name] flows best to me, so that gets my vote.
I’m curious why [name]Liam[/name] is the only boys’ name paired with [name]Michael[/name], when it’s the only one that breaks the cardinal rule of ending in the same letter the next name starts with? I think the other two names work with [name]Michael[/name]. Anyway, [name]Liam[/name] might be the most popular (?) but I love it and think it matches the feel of [name]Gavin[/name] perfectly, so it gets my vote too.
I wasn’t sure if the other two sounded OK w/ [name]Michael[/name]…I guess they do? Right? [name]Michael[/name] is my fathers first name and my brothers middle name, so I would like to hang on to it if at all possible.
Great names! Overall, I think that [name]Liam[/name] or [name]Fiona[/name] fit the best with [name]Gavin[/name].
I voted for [name]Oliver[/name] and [name]Tessa[/name]. I love both with [name]Gavin[/name]. [name]Fiona[/name] and [name]Arianna[/name] give me a very different vibe than [name]Gavin[/name] does, whereas [name]Elijah[/name] and [name]Liam[/name] just feel too predictable as [name]Gavin[/name]'s brother.

I voted for [name]Tessa[/name] and [name]Elijah[/name]. [name]Tessa[/name] is my all-time favorite girls name but my boyfriend vetoed it. 
I’m so bummed ahaha. And [name]Elijah[/name] is wonderful! That being said, all of your names are great - you really can’t go wrong!
I voted [name]Tessa[/name] [name]Lynn[/name] & [name]Oliver[/name]. [name]Oliver[/name] is one of my favourite names, and [name]Tessa[/name] & [name]Gavin[/name] work really well together.
I like [name]Fiona[/name] the best. I also really like [name]Arianna[/name] only without the nickname. Would you always call her [name]Aria[/name] or just sometimes? I think [name]Aria[/name] or [name]Arianna[/name] are both fine on their own. I don’t like [name]Tessa[/name] much. I think to me it sounds kind of too young on an adult, which your baby will grow into.
Your boys names are fine. I like [name]Oliver[/name], [name]Liam[/name], and [name]Elijah[/name] in that order.

I think they are all great. I voted for [name]Arianna[/name] [name]Lynn[/name] and [name]Oliver[/name]. For me, [name]Arianna[/name] is just such a strong name. It’s still feminine, but it’s got a powerful feel to it. And [name]Aria[/name] is such a great nickname. As for the boys, I couldn’t really decide between [name]Oliver[/name] and [name]Elijah[/name]. I think it comes down to me not loving the nickname [name]Eli[/name]. I think [name]Elijah[/name] would edge [name]Oliver[/name] out otherwise.

My friend [name]Gavin[/name]'s middle name is [name]Liam[/name] and he just named his daughter [name]Arianna[/name]
I picked [name]Arianna[/name] because it’s a strong name, and I can’t picture the other two as siblings to [name]Gavin[/name].
I also picked [name]Oliver[/name] because I love the sound of [name]Oliver[/name] and [name]Gavin[/name].
I voted for [name]Fiona[/name] and [name]Oliver[/name]. I think [name]Oliver[/name] [name]Michael[/name] works nicely. [name]Liam[/name] and [name]Tessa[/name] would be my second picks.
