Top 5 - old fashioned, pretty, classy with spunk!

[name]Just[/name] wanted to share my top 5 names. :).

Added one!! IVY. - Ivy Jane or Ivy Juliet. Problem is…Dd is named
violet. Is this to close, cheesy?? Dh likes this one

[name]Cecilia[/name] [name]Jane[/name]/[name]June[/name]/[name]Hope[/name]/[name]Daisy[/name] - love this one!! Nn [name]Celia[/name]
And CeCe. So spunky with beautiful classy FN. Hard to
[name]Say[/name]? Too hissy?

[name]Delilah[/name] [name]Jane[/name]/[name]June[/name] - nn [name]Lilah[/name] or [name]Delia[/name]. [name]Love[/name] it! Popular?

[name]Eloise[/name] [name]Jane[/name]/[name]June[/name] - nn [name]Elle[/name] and [name]LuLu[/name] or [name]Lola[/name]. Really sweet. Worry about popularity. Boring?

[name]Stella[/name] [name]Jane[/name]/[name]June[/name]/[name]Daisy[/name] - nn Stells/[name]Elle[/name]. Spunky!! Popular though.

[name]Louisa[/name] [name]Jane[/name] - nn [name]LuLu[/name]. Like how it’s not popular. [name]Lulu[/name] is spunky. Full
Name not so much…

Thanks!!!

[name]Stella[/name] [name]Jane[/name] is my favourite combination. It’s beautiful and feminine, but the nn [name]Elle[/name] is spunky.

[name]Cecilia[/name] is pretty in a way, but it’s also icky to me. It means blind, and it’s too hissy/prissy.

[name]Delilah[/name] is lovely. [name]Eloise[/name] is gorgeous. [name]Stella[/name] is pretty but plain to me, I do love the nn [name]Elle[/name]. [name]Louisa[/name] is meh.

I like them all except [name]Stella[/name]. I don’t get its appeal at all.

I love [name]Cecelia[/name] (spelled this way) - I know it’s not the classic spelling, but it looks fuller and works with nn CeCe and [name]Celia[/name] much better.

[name]Stella[/name] is a fantastic name, and I love [name]Louisa[/name] too!

I love [name]Cecelia[/name]. I like both [name]Cecelia[/name] [name]June[/name] and [name]Cecelia[/name] [name]Daisy[/name]. Great choices.

Others –

[name]Delilah[/name]. I think this is a delicious name – but I would not call if old-fashioned because I don’t believe it has been used much until recently because of Biblical infamy.

[name]Eloise[/name]. This is a charming name, isn’t it. But I do think of the children’s book character, and while that is not bad, it is not what you imagine for a young lady. I just need to know some real-life Eloises to get me passed that.

[name]Stella[/name]. While a cool enough name, beside your other choices it seems plain. If you are drawn to three elegant syllables, [name]Stella[/name] might not be quite enough for you for the formal name.

[name]Louisa[/name]. Another great old-fashioned name. Sometimes it hits me wrong, however. I can like it one minute and not so much the next. I’m old enough this is still a great-aunt name for me. Again – if I knew some baby [name]Louisa[/name], I’m sure it would be reborn quickly in my mind.

Thanks girls!!

So [name]Delilah[/name] is the front runner right now. I worry that I will
[name]Forever[/name] have the song stuck in my head, haha. But that’s just me looking into it too
Much. I just love this name, it’s rhythm, it’s sound, and it’s many lovely nn’s. My dh likes this
[name]One[/name] too.

My dh has his heart set on [name]Eloise[/name] and I do love it. I’ve loved it for a very long time. It’s a very sweet and charming name. [name]Love[/name] the children’s book association and the many nn’s. This one is pretty much tied with [name]Delilah[/name] for first.

[name]Cecilia[/name] - really love it but does sound hissy to me sometimes. Dh doesn’t like it but says we can keep it on our list. I don’t have as big of a connection to this one as the others. It just hasn’t been on
My short list as long. But I still really really like
It.

[name]Stella[/name]! Oh how spunky! The most popular of the bunch though. Worry it’s a bit safe and plainer than my others. Used to dislike this name but now I think it’s charming. I like [name]Stella[/name] [name]Daisy[/name], [name]Stella[/name] [name]Jane[/name], or [name]Stella[/name] [name]June[/name] best :). This name has energy and makes me smile.

[name]Louisa[/name] - I really love it. But not sure it’s spunky
Nn lulu is. This name also hits me the wrong way sometimes. Other days I love it. Hehe. [name]Even[/name] though it’s less popular, I might like [name]Eloise[/name] more.

Thanks berries!!

Ok so I added one back…loved this one for a while
And dh likes it too

[name]Ivy[/name]

Too close to big Sis violet??

I think my other names sound better in the sib set though…hmmmm

My favorites from your list are [name]Ivy[/name] [name]Juliet[/name]/ [name]Jane[/name] or [name]Louisa[/name] [name]Jane[/name].

I actually like [name]Violet[/name] and [name]Ivy[/name] together. It’s cute!

Yay! I just [name]LOVE[/name] [name]Ivy[/name]

My favorites from your list are [name]Ivy[/name], [name]Cecelia[/name] and [name]Louisa[/name]. I have [name]Louisa[/name] paired with [name]Claire[/name] on my list to honor a grandma [name]Betty[/name] [name]Lou[/name]. At first I didn’t like it, but the more I said it the more I liked and it just grew on me! I like [name]Cecelia[/name]/[name]Celia[/name] a lot and I like [name]Jane[/name] with all three. [name]Ivy[/name] [name]Jane[/name] is so pretty, simple and fresh sounding to me. [name]Cecelia[/name] is a bit a more frilly, but [name]Celia[/name] as a nickname tones it down a bit. [name]Louisa[/name] is just simple and classic. Great choices. I don’t care for [name]Stella[/name] or [name]Delilah[/name] at all. [name]Eloise[/name] is pretty but I like [name]Louisa[/name] better.

Aw thanks!!
