Top two boys names! Help!

We have narrowed it down to two names for a boy, due in ten weeks.
[name_m]Huxley[/name_m] or
[name_m]Julian[/name_m]

I think I Like [name_m]Julian[/name_m] better but [name_m]Huxley[/name_m] is so much more unique!
Our last name is Corneglio (corn-eh-[name_m]Leo[/name_m]).

[name_f]Sister[/name_f] to [name_f]Emelia[/name_f].

Thoughts?

I prefer [name_m]Julian[/name_m] too (I love [name_m]Julian[/name_m]!), and [name_m]Julian[/name_m] & [name_f]Emilia[/name_f] sound great together. [name_m]Even[/name_m] though it’s a lot more popular, I doubt it’ll be number 1 or anything, so I’d go for it.

I love the name [name_m]Julian[/name_m] and think it fits the style of [name_f]Emelia[/name_f] better. However the names have some overlap in sound with the shared ‘lia’. [name_m]Huxley[/name_m] is cute, though I can visualize it better on a pet. I vote for [name_m]Julian[/name_m].

[name_m]Just[/name_m] a thought, how about [name_m]Lucian[/name_m]? (spotted it in my sig) :slight_smile:

I prefer [name_m]Julian[/name_m]. So handsome and has a strong sound. I think it goes much better with [name_f]Emelia[/name_f].

[name_m]Huxley[/name_m] is hard to imagine as the first name of a serious adult.
[name_m]Julian[/name_m] goes beautifully with [name_f]Emelia[/name_f]

Handsome names! They give quite different images, though.
I slightly prefer [name_m]Julian[/name_m]… it goes well with [name_f]Emelia[/name_f], and [name_m]Huxley[/name_m] might get shortened to Hux. Hux is cute as can be on it’s own, but with surname Corneglio? I hear “corn hux” (corn husk.)
Have you chosen a middle? [name_m]Julian[/name_m] [name_m]Huxley[/name_m] Corneglio is absolute perfection!

Yes! Forgo being overly unique! [name_m]Julian[/name_m] isn’t heard all that often and it is a wonderful name! Sounds great with your daughters name as well. Congrats! :slight_smile:

They are both unique. [name_m]Don[/name_m]'t pick based on that when you have two hardly used names. Pick your fave and go with it! [name_m]Julian[/name_m] goes great!
