[name]Brooks[/name] is my middle name and I hated it because it was a boys name. I can’t imagine what I would have thought about it as my first name.

I really like the idea of [name]Mary[/name] [name]Brooke[/name], so I voted for [name]Mary[/name] [name]Brooks[/name] in hopes that you might consider changing it to that! Not a huge fan of the “s” at the end as you have it now, as it makes it weirdly surnamey.

Otherwise, [name]Elizabeth[/name] [name]Caroline[/name] is pretty but not especially exciting. I don’t really get [name]Grey[/name], and [name]Morgan[/name] seems a little done, but all fine names, I suppose!

I voted for [name]Elizabeth[/name]… I love the mn [name]Caroline[/name].

I like [name]Elizabeth[/name] [name]Caroline[/name] and [name]Morgan[/name] [name]Elizabeth[/name] the best. I voted for [name]Elizabeth[/name] because I thought your first daughter’s name was [name]Anna[/name] [name]Grace[/name], but then I read your other posts and saw your daughter is [name]Allison[/name] [name]Jane[/name] ([name]Ally[/name]). So in that case I would change my vote to [name]Morgan[/name] if I could… I think [name]Ally[/name] and [name]Morgan[/name] sound great together, they both have the same spunky feel to me. I picture sisters who love to run around, probably play sports, and like to laugh and have a lot of fun! [name]Elizabeth[/name] is a lot more proper and formal sounding to me, it’s beautiful, but I picture her more as a sister to an [name]Anna[/name] or [name]Mary[/name] than an [name]Ally[/name]… Good luck!

Loving [name]Elizabeth[/name] - Especially knowing that you’ll use the full! [name]Morgan[/name] is cute, but sounds a little flat to me compared to [name]Elizabeth[/name] and [name]Mary[/name] [name]Brooks[/name]. HOWEVER, I completely agree that it should be [name]Mary[/name] [name]Brooke[/name] over [name]Brooks[/name] . . . much more flowy and feminine imo and won’t get confused for fn-ln.

Not a fan of [name]Gray[/name] at all. Save it for a little boy.

Yes I forgot to mention, big sister is [name]Allison[/name] [name]Jane[/name] ([name]Ally[/name])! She’s super sweet, fun and spunky. The name [name]Ally[/name] suits her perfectly! While I [name]LOVE[/name] [name]Elizabeth[/name], I’m concerned as well that it sounds too formal with [name]Ally[/name]. And we don’t love any of the nicknames for it as much as we love the other names. I’d rather have a [name]Morgan[/name] than a [name]Libby[/name], personally. It makes it a really hard decision!

Can I vote for [name]Elizabeth[/name] [name]Gray[/name]?

[name]Elizabeth[/name] & [name]Mary[/name] are very common and worn out.

[name]Morgan[/name] & [name]Gray[/name] both seem very male to me.

I would go with [name]Elizabeth[/name] [name]Grey[/name].

Thank you for all of the input guys! I truly appreciate any feedback!

  • [name]Mary[/name] paired with a family surname is very common in the south: [name]Mary[/name]-[name]Evans[/name], [name]Mary[/name]-[name]Patrick[/name], [name]Mary[/name]-[name]Parker[/name], [name]Mary[/name]-[name]Mills[/name] etc. so I guess [name]Mary[/name] [name]Brooks[/name] wouldn’t be too confusing in our area. And I realize brooks is definitely a boys names, but I guess that’s why I love it paired with [name]Mary[/name]- ultra feminine name, makes for a nice combo name.
  • [name]Morgan[/name] probably would not have made it to our final list if it wasn’t a family name. It would mean a lot to the grandparents and the longer I’ve kept it on the list, the more I like it. It’s spunky, and definitely all girl to me, ive met quite a few adorable little Morgans in my area.

[name]Elizabeth[/name] is a great front runner, but none of them really feel like “the one” …
