Well just to stir the pot a bit, my vote would be for [name_f]Astoria[/name_f] [name_f]Cosette[/name_f]. There are so very many [name_f]El[/name_f] names now that they’ve somewhat lost their sparkle, and [name_f]Mila[/name_f] is the new up-and-coming [name_f]Elle[/name_f]/[name_f]Ella[/name_f], at least if the birth announcement and Instagram feeds are to believed. Èva and [name_f]Astoria[/name_f] make a lovely sister pair and I just think it has more bounce and individuality than either [name_f]Elle[/name_f] or [name_f]Mila[/name_f]. Good luck with whatever you choose, they are all solid choices!
I’m not a huge fan of [name_f]Mila[/name_f]…it just doesn’t feel substantial to me. [name_f]Elle[/name_f] is a bit more common but I love it!
[name_f]Mila[/name_f] [name_f]Cosette[/name_f] is gorgeous & a perfect fit with your other children! I would have the [name_f]Ellie[/name_f] concern with [name_f]Elle[/name_f] too and [name_f]Elle[/name_f] feels slightly incomplete to me, even though I find it beautiful in theory.
Hmmm tough choice! I think I like [name_f]Mila[/name_f] [name_f]Cosette[/name_f] the best! But I do love [name_f]Elle[/name_f] as well!
Both combinations are very beautiful, but I think that not only is [name_f]Mila[/name_f] unique, but it fits like a glove with your children’s names. They give off a gorgeous Eastern European vibe, which brings to mind sunshine, dances, colorful ribbons and rivers crossing cities (think Budapest or Prague). I feel like it will be automatic for people to be calling an [name_f]Elle[/name_f] [name_f]Ellie[/name_f]… Best of luck to you and congratulations on your beautifully named children. [name_m]Dmitri[/name_m] was a strong contender on my list if this baby were a boy. 
If I could, I’d vote for [name_f]Cosette[/name_f] [name_f]Astoria[/name_f]
Both combinations are beautiful but I voted for [name_f]Mila[/name_f] [name_f]Cosette[/name_f] because it strikes me as more distinctive (being more consonant-heavy, I suppose), while [name_f]Elle[/name_f] seems more generic and bland to me, especially paired with the soft sounds of [name_f]Astoria[/name_f] - although as I said both are beautiful in their own way. Also as pp explained well, I think [name_f]Mila[/name_f] [name_f]Cosette[/name_f] fits excellently with her siblings

[name_f]Elle[/name_f] [name_f]Astoria[/name_f] is gorgeous! I know an [name_f]Elle[/name_f] who refuses to be called [name_f]Ellie[/name_f] and it’s respected.
