We decided on [name]Emma[/name] pretty much right away. But, we cannot choose a middle name! So, here are the names we are considering, any advice, suggestions, and opinions would be greatly appreciated! Also, our last name is Cline. Thanks for your help!

I think you’ll find some of those sound alot prettier if you use [name]Emma[/name] as the middle name. You can still call her [name]Emma[/name]… [name]Plenty[/name] of people call children by their middle name.
[name]Emma[/name] Cline is very pretty! [name]Whitney[/name] seems a little dated, so it wouldn’t be my first choice; [name]Willow[/name] is pretty and on-trend, but something about [name]Emma[/name] [name]Willow[/name] Cline doesn’t flow perfectly to me; [name]Violet[/name] shares the same strong vowel sound as your last name, so I don’t love that; [name]Emma[/name] [name]Katherine[/name] has excellent flow and is classic and elegant, so I like that; [name]Emma[/name] [name]Madeleine[/name] has too much M; and [name]Emma[/name] [name]Scarlett[/name] is very pretty and perhaps my favorite!

Honestly, I don’t really like any of them. I mean, the names are great, but they just don’t flow well with [name]Emma[/name] in my opinion. Some suggestions:
thanks for all the replies! i never thought it would be so difficult to choose a name! emma katherine was the first choice i thought of because my grandmothers name was katherine. i also like it because i thought since emma and cline are both shorter and have less syllables they sound better with a longer 3 syllable name in the middle. anyway, i really appreciate all the help!
