Trixie

What could [name_f]Trixie[/name_f] be short for?

[name_f]Trixie[/name_f] is traditionally short for [name_f]Beatrix[/name_f]

[name_f]Beatrix[/name_f] is tradition, but I know a [name_f]Beatrice[/name_f] who goes by [name_f]Trixie[/name_f]. [name_f]Bellatrix[/name_f] is another option.

I love [name_f]Trixie[/name_f]! I always see her get a lot of dislike and/or hate. [name_f]Beatrix[/name_f] is the obvious one, but I thought about Viatrix as a more unusual alternative. I can’t think of much else (Amatrix or [name_f]Patricia[/name_f] maybe?), but it could just make a cute nn/pet name for anything.

Trixibelle is the only 1 that comes to mind

[name_f]Beatrix[/name_f]
[name_f]Patricia[/name_f]

[name_f]Beatrix[/name_f] is an obvious suggestion, but seeing [name_f]Beatrice[/name_f] and [name_f]Patricia[/name_f] mentioned made me think that it might work on any name containing a “tri” or “tice” sound, although it would be a stretch.

[name_f]Astrid[/name_f]

[name_f]Lettice[/name_f]
Triana

[name_f]Trista[/name_f]/[name_f]Tristana[/name_f]
