Troll in the Comments.

I’ve put off saying this for a few days because I didn’t want to sound like a kindergartener, but look up the name [name_m]Oceanus[/name_m] or [name_f]Katniss[/name_f] or Japheth and you’ll see that there’s a really rude user going around.

  1. The troll uses awful grammar, which isn’t bad in itself at all. BUT.
  2. The troll has personally attacked me, along with attacks on several other users.
  3. He/she appears to be impersonating a talk-show host.

[name_f]Pam[/name_f], [name_f]Linda[/name_f], mods…do something, please!

I’m glad I’m not the only one. :slight_smile: I forgot to mention that the troll upvotes his/her own comments on a regular basis, which just comes across as arrogant even for non-trolls…

The user is clearly using trolling for a rise out of everyone, just flag the comments and try not to respond to them! They’re like a childish school bully who calls names - although this doesn’t always work, generally ignoring nasty name calling children causes them to get bored and give up! :wink:

I thought about mentioning the issue, too. I was kind of hoping they would just stop, though. I just don’t get why anyone would act like that.

Oh wow, I’m sorry this has happened guys! I looked up the user in the Nameberry admin panel but it seems that he/she’s only registered on the Disquss portion of the comments section :confused: There must be a way we can ban them though. I’ll email [name_f]Pam[/name_f] in case she’s not seen this.

Oh I’ve noticed this too haha. It’s amusing but that troll is pretty rude and insensitive. [name_f]Hope[/name_f] this gets solved soon.

Lolol thanks for the entertainment guys… [name_m]Just[/name_m] went through all of the trolls comments and had a good laugh. Raevyn just don’t respond. I don’t think they even speak legitimate English, by the way they are typing.
