My husband and I are loving then name [name]Paloma[/name]–and I’d like to honor my mother and have her middle name [name]Mary[/name]. Our last name starts with S–so–well- you can see the problem here. If we give her a double middle name–would that help?
Other suggestions?? Sibs are [name]Francisco[/name] [name]David[/name], [name]August[/name] [name]John[/name] and [name]Lily[/name] [name]Hope[/name] [name]Christina[/name]
My favorite name spelled PMS too! (Awkward “S name” high five…haha)
I’d be a little cautious about the M. middle name first, just because the second one could get dropped on class rosters, automatic email names, and forms with one middle initial spot, reverting it right back to PMS.
[name]Paloma[/name] [name]Rosemary[/name] is lovely!
[name]Paloma[/name] [name]June[/name] [name]Mary[/name] doesnt flow that well for me unfortunately…but as your other daughter has two middles, it wouldnt look out of place at all if you used [name]Mary[/name] in the second middle name spot. Good luck!
[name]Love[/name] [name]Paloma[/name] [name]Rosemary[/name]!
The vowels bump a little bit, but I could still get behind [name]Paloma[/name] [name]Anamaria[/name] / [name]Paloma[/name] [name]Ana[/name]-[name]Maria[/name] / [name]Paloma[/name] [name]Annemarie[/name]. [name]Anne[/name] and [name]Anna[/name] pair so naturally with [name]Maria[/name]/[name]Marie[/name], so i like it well.
I think [name]Paloma[/name] [name]Rosemary[/name] is very nice! My favorite doubled named with [name]Mary[/name] is [name]Mary[/name]-[name]Beth[/name]. Maybe you’d like these that contain [name]Mary[/name]/[name]Mari[/name]:
[name]Paloma[/name] [name]Samary[/name] – watch mountain
[name]Paloma[/name] [name]Tamary[/name] – date palm
[name]Paloma[/name] [name]Damaris[/name] – gentleness
[name]Paloma[/name] [name]Jamari[/name] – woman warrior
[name]Paloma[/name] [name]Kamari[/name] – little moon
[name]Paloma[/name] Kumari – daughter
Paoma Lamarian – one who is conflicted
[name]Paloma[/name] [name]Stella[/name] [name]Maris[/name] – star of the sea
From @dantea’s suggestions, I love [name]Paloma[/name] [name]Damaris[/name]! That is really beautiful. [name]Paloma[/name] [name]Stella[/name] [name]Maris[/name] is also beautiful, but as with [name]Paloma[/name] [name]Mary[/name] [name]June[/name] S. possibly getting cut to PMS, I worry [name]Paloma[/name] [name]Stella[/name] [name]Maris[/name] S. would get cut to PSS…which is not as awful as pMS but still not too good.
My brother’s initials are SBD! Luckily, I don’t think very many people ever noticed (or they were too polite to say anothing!)
I really love [name]Paloma[/name] [name]Rosemary[/name]. Also [name]Paloma[/name] [name]Damaris[/name] is gorgeous.
To me, [name]Paloma[/name] and [name]Rosemary[/name] are from such very different worlds. I think of [name]Paloma[/name] as the name of someone who is sexy, worldly, intelligent, and a bit exotic. [name]Rosemary[/name] to me (though I’m very fond of the name) is much more buttoned-up and sensible. Perhaps I have this feeling about it because the rosemary plant is so strong smelling and astringent, such a head-clearing herb. [name]Paloma[/name] intoxicates and [name]Rosemary[/name] wakes you up. If you like the contrast, then go for it. I might do something like [name]Paloma[/name] [name]Amaris[/name]. [name]Paloma[/name] [name]Amara[/name] might be too rhymey…
