I had posted a few weeks about our multi-ethnic family seeking help naming our twin boys. Our only real specification at this point is the twins have a Spanish middle name to represent my background and to follow suit with their older brother. Our older son is [name_u]David[/name_u] [name_m]Javier[/name_m] [name_f]My[/name_f] husband and I decided on a name for twin A: [name_u]Mason[/name_u] [name_m]Arturo[/name_m]. Since my husband chose [name_u]Mason[/name_u] and [name_m]Arturo[/name_m], he is allowing me to name twin b the names of my choice. After much consideration my top three names are [name_m]Jacob[/name_m], [name_m]Abram[/name_m] and [name_m]Samuel[/name_m] as the first name. I am leaning towards [name_m]Jacob[/name_m] but I am now struggling with the middle name. Currently my top choice is [name_m]Jacob[/name_m] [name_u]Cruz[/name_u]. [name_u]Cruz[/name_u] feels a bit too trendy in comparison to [name_m]Javier[/name_m] and [name_m]Arturo[/name_m]. [name_f]My[/name_f] husband suggested [name_m]Joaquin[/name_m] but I don’t want him to be called JJ. Here are some name combinations on my list. Would love some feedback on which ones go best with the other boys names.
Oh wow! [name_m]Abram[/name_m] [name_m]Teodoro[/name_m] is one of the most handsome boy names I’ve seen on here!
You can’t go wrong but that option really stands out to me. [name_m]Abram[/name_m] strikes the balance of serious, familiar, yet unexpected…it just sounds like a cool name! [name_m]Teodoro[/name_m] I’ve never heard before but just sounds rugged and handsome to me. Good luck deciding!!
Editing to add that I love [name_m]Teodoro[/name_m] best from all of your middle name options with [name_u]Cruz[/name_u] second.
I absolutely love the way [name_m]Abram[/name_m] [name_m]Teodoro[/name_m] sounds, both on it’s own and with siblings [name_u]David[/name_u] [name_m]Javier[/name_m] and [name_u]Mason[/name_u] [name_m]Arturo[/name_m]! I’m not as fond of any of your [name_m]Jacob[/name_m] choices. I love [name_m]Jacob[/name_m] [name_m]Emiliano[/name_m] and [name_m]Jacob[/name_m] [name_m]Demetrio[/name_m] for you - and [name_m]Jacob[/name_m] [name_m]Teodoro[/name_m] would be the best of both worlds!
I immediately felt drawn to [name_m]Jacob[/name_m] [name_m]Camilo[/name_m]! [name_m]Jacob[/name_m] is a lovely name laid back, friendly, outdoorsy and sweet. I personally love the nickname [name_m]Jake[/name_m] and I really like that he has such interesting biblical history. [name_m]Camilo[/name_m] is a gorgeous middle name soft, romantic and calming. Seeing [name_m]Camilo[/name_m] made me smile. I think [name_m]Jacob[/name_m] works wonders with [name_u]Mason[/name_u] + [name_u]David[/name_u].
Following on from [name_m]Jacob[/name_m] [name_m]Camilo[/name_m] I love [name_m]Abram[/name_m] [name_m]Teodoro[/name_m] he is gorgeous! Soft, romantic and ever so handsome. Again I think he works wonders with [name_u]David[/name_u] + [name_u]Mason[/name_u].
Finally my third favourite is [name_m]Samuel[/name_m] [name_m]Iker[/name_m]. I really like [name_m]Samuel[/name_m] he’s soft, cosy and wholesome. I’m not overly keen on [name_m]Iker[/name_m] would prefer [name_m]Camilo[/name_m], [name_m]Teodoro[/name_m] or [name_m]Patricio[/name_m] as middle names for [name_m]Samuel[/name_m]. Still [name_m]Samuel[/name_m] is so lovely and works well with his brothers.
I think if it was me I would take these three into the delivery room then see which one he suits best.

[name_m]Just[/name_m] going on first names, [name_m]Jacob[/name_m] is my favorite, but I do really like both [name_m]Abram[/name_m] and [name_m]Samuel[/name_m]. You can’t go wrong with any of them, although, at least where I am, you’ll run into the popularity of [name_m]Jacob[/name_m] and [name_m]Samuel[/name_m], and the unusualness of [name_m]Abram[/name_m].
When I first read your list, [name_m]Jacob[/name_m] [name_m]Camilo[/name_m] stood out. I love that. It’s strong and handsome. I have a bad association with [name_u]Cruz[/name_u], so I can’t fairly judge that, and [name_m]Joaquin[/name_m] and [name_m]Patricio[/name_m] are okay but just not my style.
Then I moved on down and saw [name_m]Abram[/name_m] [name_m]Teodoro[/name_m]. That is simply stunning. Stunning. I do like [name_m]Abram[/name_m] [name_m]Joaquin[/name_m] better than [name_m]Jacob[/name_m] [name_m]Joaquin[/name_m], and I think [name_m]Samuel[/name_m] [name_m]Iker[/name_m] is pretty handsome as well.
