Twin girls: Scarlett and Tara?! A fun trend..?

I met two little girls today (twins) named [name_f]Scarlett[/name_f] and [name_f]Tara[/name_f]. I got immediately that they were both connected to gone with the wind (scarlet ohara plantation tara). Though I think some may find this cheesy, I actually thought it was really cute- though names weren’t really my taste. It got me thinking of other such combos (not necessarily characters in a book/movie, but two names that both reference the same book/film

Some I came up with!

[name_u]Harper[/name_u] and [name_u]Scout[/name_u] (to kill a mockingbird) (character/author)
[name_f]Mary[/name_f] and [name_m]Frank[/name_m] ([name_f]Mary[/name_f] [name_u]Shelley[/name_u] and Frankenstein)
[name_f]Anna[/name_f] and [name_m]Thomas[/name_m] (My girl [name_f]Anna[/name_f] chlumsky with character [name_m]Thomas[/name_m] J)

I’m completing brain cramping here, but I’d love to hear/see some suggestions! I like the idea of combining names from the same book/movie without being super obvious!

ideas??

I’m a huge GWTW fan so I got the connection right away, must say it seems kind of weird. I think names of siblings or friends can be cute (depends on the names) but to have one character name and one place name seems odd. But for fun here are some more:

[name_f]Anne[/name_f] and [name_f]Maud[/name_f] ([name_f]Anne[/name_f] of [name_u]Green[/name_u] Gables- L.M. [name_m]Montgomery[/name_m] preferred her middle name)
[name_f]Mary[/name_f] and [name_f]Frances[/name_f] ([name_f]Secret[/name_f] Garden- [name_f]Frances[/name_f] [name_m]Hodgson[/name_m] [name_m]Burnett[/name_m])
[name_f]Gemma[/name_f] and Libba (the [name_f]Gemma[/name_f] [name_m]Doyle[/name_m] trilogy- Libba [name_u]Bray[/name_u])
[name_f]Agnes[/name_f] and [name_f]Anne[/name_f] ([name_f]Agnes[/name_f] [name_u]Grey[/name_u]- [name_f]Anne[/name_f] [name_f]Bronte[/name_f])
[name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f] and [name_f]Jane[/name_f] (Pride and Prejudice, [name_f]Jane[/name_f] [name_u]Austen[/name_u])
[name_f]Meg[/name_f], [name_u]Jo[/name_u], [name_f]Beth[/name_f], [name_f]Amy[/name_f], [name_f]Louisa[/name_f] (the four [name_u]March[/name_u] sisters from [name_m]Little[/name_m] Women and author [name_f]Louisa[/name_f] [name_f]May[/name_f] [name_u]Alcott[/name_u])

Ooh, harder than I thought… can’t think of many memorable female characters created by female authors!

Films:
[name_f]Maria[/name_f] and [name_u]Julie[/name_u] ([name_f]Maria[/name_f] in The Sound of [name_f]Music[/name_f]- [name_u]Julie[/name_u] Andrews)
[name_f]Scarlett[/name_f] and [name_u]Vivien[/name_u] ([name_f]Scarlett[/name_f] in GWTW- [name_u]Vivien[/name_u] [name_u]Leigh[/name_u])
[name_f]Melanie[/name_f] and [name_f]Olivia[/name_f] (GWTW again- [name_f]Olivia[/name_f] de Havilland)
[name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f] and [name_f]Helen[/name_f] ([name_f]Helen[/name_f] [name_u]Mirren[/name_u] is famous for having played both [name_f]Queen[/name_f] Elizabeths)
[name_f]Miranda[/name_f] and [name_f]Meryl[/name_f] ([name_f]Miranda[/name_f] in The Devil Wears Prada- [name_f]Meryl[/name_f] Streep)
[name_f]Holly[/name_f] and [name_f]Audrey[/name_f] ([name_f]Holly[/name_f] Golightly in Breakfast at [name_f]Tiffany[/name_f]'s- [name_f]Audrey[/name_f] Hepburn)
[name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f] and [name_f]Keira[/name_f] (Pride and Prejudice, again)
[name_f]Juliet[/name_f] and [name_f]Norma[/name_f] ([name_f]Norma[/name_f] Shearer is my favourite [name_f]Juliet[/name_f] from [name_m]Romeo[/name_m] and [name_f]Juliet[/name_f])

[name_f]Scarlett[/name_f] & [name_f]Tara[/name_f] are both nice enough they just don’t have quite the same style & the connection is pretty strong…
I love more subtle connections between siblings or twins
