Twin girls

I’ve always loved the names, [name_f]Siena[/name_f] and [name_m]Silas[/name_m] for children, (although I was a little sad to see JT name his son that and have it get “popular” to a degree) Now expecting twins and considering, [name_f]Siena[/name_f] and [name_f]Silvia[/name_f]/[name_f]Sylvia[/name_f]. Are they too close? Which spelling of [name_f]Silvia[/name_f]/[name_f]Sylvia[/name_f] do you prefer?

I don’t think [name_f]Siena[/name_f] and [name_f]Sylvia[/name_f] are too similar! I prefer the y-spelling because it makes the similarity a little less obvious.

[name_m]Just[/name_m] a thought… if you think you might be having more kids later and would want to use [name_m]Silas[/name_m] for a son, I do think that [name_f]Siena[/name_f], [name_f]Sylvia[/name_f] and [name_m]Silas[/name_m] are too similar.

I think my favourite spelling for your twin daughters would be [name_f]Sienna[/name_f] and [name_f]Sylvia[/name_f] . These spellings allow the two names to look unique but they are still tied together phonetically!

Have you considered [name_f]Sylvie[/name_f] rather than [name_f]Sylvia[/name_f]? [name_f]Siena[/name_f] ([name_f]Sienna[/name_f]) and [name_f]Sylvie[/name_f] seem to flow more easily than [name_f]Siena[/name_f] and [name_f]Sylvia[/name_f] imo.
